"What in tarnation is that mountainous rock monster?!" Epel gripped my arm.

'Oh.' I clear my throat "One of the original phantoms, the stone one AKA the Earth Titan."

"JUUUPITEEER! WHERE ARE YOU?!" The phantom growled.

Jupiter? Oh. Of course. It's wonderful how this world twists some stories. Jupiter is the god of the sky and thunder, and king of the gods in ancient Roman religion and mythology. Some of his equivalents are Baal in Canaanite, I happen to possess this demon king...

'Wait, we do?'

The most known are Thor in Norse and of course Zeus in Greek. His parents are Saturn and Ops; and children are Mars, Vulcan, Bellona, Angelos, Lucina, Juventas, Minerva and... Hercules. In the Greek-influenced tradition, Jupiter was the brother of Neptune and Pluto, the Roman equivalents of Poseidon and Hades respectively; other siblings are Vesta, Ceres, Juno. Each presided over one of the three realms of the universe: sky, the waters, and the underworld.

The phantom was about to attack when I used Sleep Kiss on it, encasing it in a giant forcefield and rendering it incapable to move.

"Guh..." Epel leaned against me.

I supported him "Sorry, apple pie. Just squeeze my hand if it becomes too much for you."

"..." He lightly nodded.

"Rook and Vil, can you go retrieve the Thunder Spear, please?" I tossed a keychain at them and Rook caught it.

The two boys rushed towards the hangar some feet away. I'm lucky they got all the informations from our links. Explaining everything would have been annoy-

I looked down at Epel "Yes, apple pie?"

"Don't take this the wrong way but... I thought... you were all powerful... Can't you... use Sleep Kiss on your own?" His voice sounded strained.

I pursed my lips "I'll do a simple comparison. Sleep Kiss is your unique magic, which means that it was there ever since you were born. So, how come you couldn't use it before today?"

"I had no idea what it was or how to use it..." He rested his head against my chest.

"Exactly." I caress his hair "I can't use magic I don't know nor understand. For instance, Kalim's or Jamil's unique magics are easy for me to replicate since I am familiar with water, making it rain and I have already perfectioned different ways to hypnotize people. But your unique magic is something I haven't tried before. I usually summon forcefields in front or around me to protect myself. I have never thought about using them to trap other people and certainly not the way Sleep Kiss does."
