I looked at Brad who he looked at Cleo. I tried to push down the feeling in my stomach and started to reach for the door. I opened the door and was immediately tackled into a huh.

I didn't even know who it was but the hug was warm, comforting, felt like home. I looked up and saw Kai, my older brother. "Where the hell have you been?!" He said angrily. "Don't worry! Lloyd wa-" Brad was cut off by Kai "YOU don't saying anything!"

Brad immediately shut up. "Kai.. don't talk to my boyfriend like that." I said sarcastically. "BOYFRIEND?!!" I wanted to laugh but I was happy I got Kai here now.

These past week has been a total train wreck. I'm gonna have to come back eventually and resolve this. But for now, I just want to keep hugging Kai.

"So Kai, how you been" terrible question. Kai kept yelling that it was horrible. Him and Nya sending millions of text messages and calls, Nya beating the fuck out of his bullies, Kai almost killing someone.

Kai kept rambling so I just hugged him and leaned on his chest. Kai stopped talking and hugged me back. "I'm so happy I have you back.. I don't know what I'll do if I lost you.." Kai said.

That made me feel guilty. I left my entire life behind and was planning on leaving the city with a stranger. I picked a stranger over my family. Not saying I don't care for Cleo, but I love my family so much. But I hurt them by leaving.

I began to cry as these thoughts flooded my mind. Kai comforted me and spoke softly to me as he ran his fingers through my hair, I love it when people do that, it calms me down.

"We got a lot to talk about. And I mean a lot." "Jay told everyone." Kai said. "I could tell." I replied. Not gonna lie, it felt weird that me and Kai are having a moment while Brad and Cleo are watching us. Lol.
