Freen’s PoV:

It was a rare holiday, and I figured I’d use the time to distract myself. It had been two days since Becky last came over, and I was starting to miss her like crazy. She’d texted me, saying her mom was sick, but that didn’t stop the emptiness I felt in her absence.

“Why do I miss her so much?” I muttered under my breath, feeling a blush creep up. I needed to get my mind off her, so I decided to stroll around the new luxurious mall, hoping to find something for Becky—maybe a little gift to remind her of me.

As I wandered through the aisles, my eyes landed on a shop that made my cheeks immediately flush. It was a sex toy store. Of all the places. My face grew warm just thinking about Becky’s reaction. My curiosity got the best of me, and before I knew it, I was inside, scanning the shelves like some clueless teenager. There were dildos, vibrators, and other things that made my mind go places.

A small smirk tugged at my lips. How would Becky react if I surprised her with one of these? My mind started drifting into vivid fantasies of how she might respond to each item, and I couldn’t help the blush that crept further up my face.

But then something—or rather someone—snapped me out of my thoughts. I squinted, recognizing a figure standing just outside the shop. Wait… Is that... Becky? My heart skipped a beat. I blinked twice, hoping I was seeing things, but nope—it was definitely her.

Panic set in, and I rushed towards her without even thinking, forgetting what I was holding in my hand.

Becky turned towards me, and her face turned pale—like she’d just seen a ghost. What? Why’s she looking at me like that? That’s when I realized… I was still holding a bright pink dildo. Oh. My. God. Kill me now.

Before I could even think of hiding it, Becky’s mom appeared behind her, her eyes locking onto me. Oh, great... first impression’s really going well.

"Becky?" I stammered, feeling the color drain from my face. "What's wrong? It's me, Freen!"

Becky’s eyes gestured downward, and it hit me. The dildo. Oh no. My face must’ve been a hundred shades of red by now.

Becky’s mom started laughing, her voice echoing through the mall. "So you’re my daughter’s girlfriend, huh?"

I froze, awkwardly shoving the toy behind my back as if it would erase the last 30 seconds. "Um, yes, ma'am. That’s me…" My voice was barely a whisper.

She chuckled again, her eyes twinkling. "I saw what you were holding, Freen. There’s no point in hiding it now."

Becky looked like she wanted to disappear, muttering, "Mom…"

Her mom, though, just kept going, "Becky, your girlfriend is so horny!" She burst into laughter, causing a few heads to turn.

I thought I was going to pass out from embarrassment, but Becky’s mom was relentless, teasing me until I couldn’t help but laugh with her. It was ridiculous, but strangely… I liked her already.

After we were done teasing each other, we moved on with the shopping. Becky’s mom was kind enough to invite me along, even though I was still trying to recover from the earlier incident. She insisted on buying us things, and I tried to refuse, but she wasn’t having it. I swear she bought half the mall for us—clothes, shoes, you name it.

I started to relax around her, and by the time she picked out matching couple outfits for the three of us—her included—I was having the time of my life. We took photos in the mall, twinning like a weird but adorable family. The more I spent time with them, the more I realized how much I missed having this… a mother’s warmth.

Dinner was amazing. We sat together at a cozy restaurant, laughing and joking like I was a part of their family. But as the evening went on, I couldn’t shake a lingering sadness. My heart felt heavy, and I blinked away tears before anyone noticed.

Becky’s mom must’ve sensed it because she suddenly leaned forward. "Freen, what’s wrong? You’ve been quiet."

I swallowed, the lump in my throat making it hard to speak. "I just… I miss my mom." My voice cracked, and suddenly it felt like the weight of everything came crashing down.

Her face softened, and she asked gently, "What happened to your mom, sweetheart?"

I bit my lip and looked down. "She’s… she’s gone. She passed away a few years ago."

The next thing I knew, Becky’s mom was hugging me tightly. "Oh darling, from now on, you just call me 'mom.' I have three daughters now, and you’re one of them."

The warmth of her embrace hit me hard, and tears spilled from my eyes. Becky joined in, wrapping her arms around us both, and we sat there in this beautiful, heartwarming moment that I never wanted to end.

As we stayed in that embrace, I heard footsteps approaching us from behind…
