Rose’s POV
I glanced over at Becky and Freen, smiling to myself. They looked so content, so in sync with each other. It was like watching two puzzle pieces finally fit together. Sure, they teased me all night about Jisoo, but seeing them like this, I couldn’t help but feel happy for them.
Jisoo shifted beside me, her hand finding mine under the blanket. “They’re sweet together,” she murmured.
“Yeah,” I agreed, squeezing her hand. “But not as sweet as us.”
Jisoo laughed softly, leaning her head on my shoulder. “I’d say we’ve got our own kind of sweetness.”
As the night went on, the fire crackled softly, and the sound of the waves became our background music. Becky and Freen cuddled close, whispering and giggling, while Jisoo and I shared quiet moments, our fingers entwined.
This was it—everything I had ever wanted. A perfect night with the people I cared about most. We teased each other, laughed together, and created memories I knew we’d carry with us for a long time.
And as I looked at Jisoo, her face glowing in the firelight, I realized something. Love wasn’t just about the big, dramatic moments. It was about the quiet, beautiful ones too—the moments where you’re simply sitting beside the person you care about, not needing anything else.
I leaned in closer to Jisoo, pressing a gentle kiss to her cheek. She smiled, her eyes shining with affection.
“Wow,” she whispered, “this really is perfect.”
And in that moment, I couldn’t have agreed more.
Freen’s POV
The fire flickered its last, casting soft, glowing embers into the darkened sky. The sound of the waves crashing gently on the shore created a serene backdrop as everyone started winding down. Rose and Jisoo had already retired to their tent, leaving Becky and me alone under the stars.
I turned to Becky, her face illuminated by the dimming light of the fire, and smiled. “Ready to call it a night?”
Becky nodded, but there was something different in her eyes tonight. A spark of excitement, curiosity. “Yeah, let’s head in.”
We made our way to our tent, and the moment Becky pulled back the flap, she stopped in her tracks. “Oh… wow.”
The tent was perfect—soft lights strung around the top, casting a warm, intimate glow. Plush blankets and pillows were arranged neatly, and there was a light scent of lavender in the air. It was cozy, romantic, and inviting. The kind of space that immediately set the mood without a word being spoken.
“Did you…?” Becky turned to me, her eyes wide, a hint of awe in her voice.
I shrugged, trying to play it cool, though my heart was racing. “I might’ve arranged a little something.”
Becky smiled, stepping inside and taking it all in. “You’re full of surprises, Freen. I wasn’t expecting… this.”
I followed her in, the air suddenly feeling warmer, heavier. “Well, I figured we could use a little… private time. Just us.”
Becky turned to me, her lips curving into a soft smile, but her eyes… they were filled with something deeper, something intense. She stepped closer, her body just inches from mine. “You really went all out, huh?”
The tent felt smaller all of a sudden, the space between us growing more charged by the second. I could feel the heat rising—not just from the summer night air, but from us, from this moment.
“I wanted it to be special,” I whispered, my voice lower than usual. “For you. For us.”
Becky looked up at me, her eyes dark with emotion. “It’s perfect.”
And then, without another word, she closed the distance between us. Her lips met mine, soft at first, gentle. But there was an undeniable urgency beneath it, a heat that had been simmering for so long, just waiting for the right moment.
My hands found her waist, pulling her closer as our kiss deepened. The softness of her lips, the way her hands tangled in my hair—it was everything. I could feel the warmth of her breath against my skin, the way her heart raced in time with mine.
The temperature in the tent seemed to rise as we stumbled back toward the blankets, not breaking apart for even a second. Every touch, every movement felt electric. This wasn’t just a kiss—it was an unspoken promise, a release of all the emotions we had been holding back.
Becky pulled away for a moment, her forehead resting against mine, her breath coming in shallow gasps. “Freen…”
“Hm?” I murmured, my hands still resting on her hips.
“I… I don’t want to rush this, but… I feel like we’ve been holding back for so long.”
I nodded, brushing a strand of hair behind her ear. “We don’t have to rush anything. We go at our own pace, remember?”
Becky smiled softly, her fingers tracing the edge of my jaw. “I know, but tonight… I just want to be close to you. Really close.”
Her words sent a shiver down my spine. “I want that too,” I whispered, pulling her back into a kiss.
As we slowly sank onto the blankets, everything else faded away—the sound of the ocean, the crackling of the last few embers. All that mattered was this moment, the way our bodies fit perfectly together, the way her touch sent my heart racing.
Becky’s fingers traced patterns on my skin, her touch gentle yet filled with meaning. Every kiss, every caress felt like a piece of a puzzle falling into place. It was like we were finally letting ourselves feel everything, without fear, without hesitation.
The tent was filled with soft whispers, shared laughter, and the quiet sounds of our breath mingling together. I could feel the love in every touch, every glance. It wasn’t just about the physical closeness—it was about being together, really together, in a way that words couldn’t capture.
“I love you,” I whispered against her lips, my heart swelling with the intensity of it.
Becky smiled, her eyes shining with emotion. “I love you too, Freen. More than anything.”
And in that moment, as we lay there wrapped in each other’s arms, the world outside seemed to disappear. It was just us, tangled together, lost in the warmth and love that we had built. The night felt endless, full of possibilities, and as we drifted off to sleep, I knew one thing for sure we were exactly were we meant to be.
Together ❤️
