I watched as Ryan interacted with Kelly and Lauren. I had a clear view from my office right to a quite few offices. I was completely confused as to why she popped up at my job like this.
What made it worse was that they were interacting right in front of Onikas office, I peeked into her office as she frowned at the 3 of them.
Lauren had a serious face, so whatever she was telling them was important.
I saw that Onika paged me into her office, causing me to stand up and fix my suit. I walked out of my office and Ryan smiled and waved at me.
Considering I had an attitude, I gave her an uninterested wave.
"Call Kelly and Lauren in here please." I waved them over here and they excused themselves from Ryan.
"Close my door." She said as soon as we entered her office. She had an attitude and I already knew why.
"Why is she here?" She said towards me.
"Onika, I don't know. I'm really just as clueless as you." She just studied me, to see if I was lying or not.
"Look, tell her she is not allowed to just pop up in my office like this having casual conversations with my employees." She formally said.
"You two..." she said now talking to Kelly and Lauren.
"Know not to conduct yourselves like this in my building. Especially in front of my office, that's just disrespectful. The least you could've done was take it to one of your offices. Yall are grown, I should not even have this conversation with you at all. Yall worked for me for years. When did the stupidity begin? I have clients and collaborators in this building watching you. Don't let this happen again." They just nodded their heads.
Her attitude was evident and she had every right to be. This was a place of professionalism and they truly disrespected their boss right in her face.
"Please go find yall something safe to do, meaning go fucking work." She dismissed us out of her office.
"Beyoncé, you stay." I stayed behind, stuck in one place in her office.
"I really need you to instill into that girl not to just pop up at this office. She did it the other day, there's only but so much I'm going to take."I looked at her confused.
"What do you mean she did it the other day?"
"She came here looking for you, for what? I don't know. Just, if you're not here, tell her to stay away from my damn building." I nodded head.
