The next Morning, Bubba met with Midas and said, "I got bad news boss," Midas said, "What is it?" Bubba said, "The hitman you hired is an LAPD officer named Tim Davis. Also, Andre made a few visits to the LAPD," Midas pounded on the desk with his fists and said, "Andre was one of my favorite people,"  Bubba said, "How do you want to proceed?" Midas said, "Is he in the recording studio?" Bubba said, "He hasn't clocked in yet?" Midas said, "I'll still go to the studio see if he's here, Get Bo," Bubba said, "Want me to tell him to load up?" Midas said, "Do it," and as soon as they were heading towards the recording studio and Bubba got an alert from his tablet. 

Midas said, "What does it said," Bubba said, "Andre here, he came in a few minutes ago," Midas said, "Good lose the tablet, get a gun," Midas, Bubba, and Bo came into the studio where they saw Andre and Burf who was the sound engineer were talking then they walked up to them. 

Midas said, "Burf leave, we need to talk to Andre alone," Burf said, "Yes, sir," and left. Midas said to Andre said, "How long have you worked for me? Over a decade now since you were a freshman or sophomore at USC," Andre said, "I started after my freshman year," Midas said, "I've been good to you right?" Andre said, "For the most part yes, I have yelled at him time to time," Midas said, "I also paid you well right?" Andre said, "Where is this going?" Midas said, "The hitman you set me up with is an officer with the LAPD but I'm sure you knew that since you to the station a few times," Andre said, "Is this the part you take me to the desert or the port?"

Midas said, "I'm afraid so, nothing personal and you are the big reason of the label's success but right now it's self-preservation, so get up," Andre said, "You know you won't get away with this, I record the conservation of you ordering the hit on Dale Squires, they have it," Bubba said, "He's lying," Andre said, "You want to go to the LAPD to find out?" Midas said, "Let's go," Andre said, "Where are you taking me? The desert or the port?" Midas said, "You'll find out," as Midas, Bubba, and Bo took Andre to the SUV. In hiding, Burf witnessed what happened and when the coast was clear texted Tori. 

Tori at the desk when she got the text and saw Ryder and Travis about to head to patrol when she told them to follow her and get Gannon and Bailey. Then she saw Hondo and asked him, "How fast can you get your team ready?" Hondo said, "A few minutes, is this related to King Midas?" Tori said, "It is," Hondo said, "We'll be ready, just tell us where," as he rushed to get his team and his gear," She told another officer to cover the desk for her.

Later on Tori was waiting on the results of Sinjin's search and Burf texted her the location of a warehouse near the Port of LA which Midas owns and she texted the area to her fellow officers and they went there. 

Later on Midas, Bo, and Bubba hold Andre hostage arrived at the warehouse and they grabbed their high-powered rifles knowing that the Cops would show up and they did as Tori and Hondo's car was first at the scene. Midas said, "Take care of them," Bo said, "Will do," then fired at Hondo and Tori who returned fire and shot and killed Bo. Midas enter the warehouse forcing Andre in Bubba fired at Tori and Hondo to cover his boss then fired at Ryder and Travis who returned fire and shot and killed Bubba. Hondo called his team on the radio, "Team, take Gannon and Bailey and find the back entrance, I'll led Vega, Daniels, and Knight to the front entrance," Then told Tori, "Just remember I give the orders," Tori said, "Agreed,". 

They got their rifles and check if the door was a booby trap, it wasn't and Hondo said on the radio, "Is the back entrance clear?" Street said, "Clear," Hondo said, "OK we breach in 3, 2, 1, breach," The teams entered the warehouse and saw Andre on the ground near the entrance shaken but alright and Travis and Ryder took their car then Ryder came back to the warehouse, and the looked around to see where Midas took Andre and then Midas opened fire wounding Street though he and the others were able to take cover as the officers returned fire. 

Hondo said, "Give up Midas, you have limited options," Midas said, "I know, it's prison or death and I'm not going to prison. I build my billion empire and the only losing it is by dying and taking some of you assholes with me," Midas opened fire again. Each side exchanged fire for about a minute until Tori and Hondo was able to sneak up on Midas. Midas was reloading while the other officers were if Midas would continue to fire. Tori yelled "Freeze Asshole, it's over drop the fucking gun," Midas finished reloading his rifle and aimed it at Tori and Tori and Hondo fired multiple rounds at Midas killing him. 

When it was over, Tori handed her gun to Hondo who said, "Will you be OK?" Tori said, "Possibly," Hondo said, "Come on let's go," as he walked with Tori. 

As the crime scene was being processed, Commander Crowley and Assistant Chief Vega arrived at the scene. Chief Vega looked for his daughter while Crowley went to Gannon and Bailey. Crowley said, "What happened and what's in the warehouse?" Jackie said, "Midas and his guys opened fire on us, they're dead and Andre is safe though he's in the hospital as is Street and Daniels, their expected to be OK. Also, looks like we found his warehouse where he kept his drugs and guns," Crowley said, "How did you guys found this? The feds have been looking all over this," Bailey said, "Tori knew a guy," Crowley said, "I might know who that guy is," Crowley noticed a wound on Bailey's left arm and said, "Go to the hospital Bailey and get that checked out, that's an order," Bailey said, "Yes, sir," Gannon said, "I'll drive you there, permission to go code 3, Commander?" Crowley said, "Granted, GO!!" Gannon and Bailey left.     

Chief Vega saw his daughter in the passenger seat in a cruise stone-faced. Chief said, "Are you OK sweetie?" Tori said, "I should be, at one point I wanted to him to die and even be the one to kill him and yet I'm conflicted. I'm disappointed it came to this," Chief said, "I don't blame you, yes, he was a horrible guy, a criminal, and gave you no choice but you and Hondo to shoot him but most officers don't want to pull the trigger unless it's the last resort. Even those who pull the trigger and were justified regretted it. You and Hondo will need to see IA but you guys will to be cleared based on the testimony from your fellow officers. I will be there with you. Also, you should be proud on the job you've done. You took out a dangerous criminal, saved your friend, and found evidence that the feds couldn't find in years of their investigations, you and others did good,"    

The IA detective signaled Sargeant Vega to come over. Chief Vega said, "Come on Tori, let's go. You're you know the process," Tori left the car to go into the Detective's car with her dad with her as they were going to the station for the investigation.
