A/N

Idk why but I kinda like writing in third person now but I'll switch between first and third in this book. Just tell me which 'person' you like the most. Oh and the first half of the chapter is in the mind of Axel Castiano and the other half in in Acacia's. Beware of the '*' sign. Enjoy :)

Something trashed around Axel. He grumbled half-asleep. 'Who in their right mind is awake right now?' He thought to himself. Giving up, he opened his eyes and saw Acacia with beads of sweats rolling down her forehead and her pupils seemed to be smaller every second.

With wide eyes, he sprang up and checked her pulse. It was slow and barely there. Axel picked her up and sent her to the Royal Hospital right away. God knows how heart broken he was seeing his mate on the hospital bed looking like a corpse.

He tried to calm his wolf but it didn't work. His wolf was pacing inside of his head and demands to be released. Axel could only control over it for a few minutes before his wolf took over him in his human form.

His eyes were pitch black. Too many emotions swirled in it. Worry, anger, anxious and a lot more. He literally snarled at everyone even the doctor. He was too mad to even speak.

How dare those mutts do this to her!

His aura just screams hatred. He couldn't think straight.

Kill

The word chanted in his head. His fury was uncontrolable. Finally losing the little bit of control left over his body, he let his wolf control him completely. He shifted into his glorious and enormous wolf and ran into the woods.

He could care less about his Beta shouting in his head telling him to calm down. To hell he'll calm down. His mate is in the hospital barely hanging on and they expect him to calm down? Fuck no.

Axel ran and ran killing every rogue in his sight. The world would be grateful for that later. The killing rampage he went on was huge. In two hours, he managed to kill 70 wolves. He rested his body on a tree and stargazed.

Darkness was all Acacia could see.

Her eyelids felt so heavy and she was numb all over. Her senses weren't there. Usually other senses would've heightened if one of it is disabled but of course that didn't happen.

She scoffed as if it was all a fucking dream. She clawed her way out but the darkness was always there to pull her back. She ran towards the light but with every step she took, the tunnel just seems to lengthen.

She was exhausted, drained, whatever you want to call it. Her feet were numbing and she couldn't even move it. Giving up, she just lay there and thoughts came barging into her mind.

What if this was the reality?

Where is Axel?

What is going on?

Suddenly, a flash of bright light appeared in front of me blinding her for a second. She adjusted her eyes to the brightness and looked at it. It was blank and the light was trying to tell her something. Something that she needed to focus on.

2

That number appeared. Acacia couldn't help but wonder, 2 what? What does it mean? Her thoughts were messing with her head. The next symbol that showed up was the yellow triangular warning sign.

2 warning? Or is it 2 warn? Second warning?

The latter sounded correct than the other formers so Acacia chose that. But warning for what? Her eyes suddenly felt like a baby elephant sat on it and she was forced to close it.

A strong wind surrounded her body and she slowly felt her spinning and being lifted up. Then, a vacuum like feeling sucked her body and when she opened her eyes, it was all white.

She groaned inwardly. "Acacia?" A voice asked. Acacia looked at the owner of the voice and she could see relief in his eyes. "Logan, why am I here?" She asked.

"Ryuwae Silver," he simply stated. She gritted her teeth and mutter curse words inside her head. "Fucking bastards. Where's Axel?" She asked. Logan drifted his eyes away from her. Acacia tilted her head ever so slightly at him. "Where's Axel?" She asked again but in a more stern voice.

"Killing rampage."
