Kai and Nya: Would have never found their parents. They lived together at Four weapons alone. They made money by selling the weapons and grew up independently.
When the merge came, they would have probably lost each other
Cole: Became a dancer and singer in the Royal Blacksmiths. Hated his life and hardly went mountain climbing because his father overloaded him with all the dancing and singing.
When the merge came, he was happy to leave and soon found a new family in the land of lost things
Jay: Never knew he was adopted. He spent his time making inventions and never met Nya.
When the merge came, he probably wouldn't have lost his memories but instead end up somewhere without the slightest idea where he is
Lloyd: Went on to being like his father, but the worst he could do is steal candy and comics from shops. Never met Harumi.
When the merge came, he probably ended up somewhere, but also probably ended up in imperium, due to his dragon blood
Zane: Never knew he was a nindroid. Spent all his time in the house building the falcon. Never knew his father.
When the merge happened, he was nowhere to be found- probably ended up in the administration
Skylor: Never met Kai, since he wasn't a ninja. She continued on with her father's legacy, and continued with the noodle house
Merge whereabouts: Unknown, as the show hasn't stated where she might be
Harumi: Never got revenge on the ninja, as they weren't there to stop the great devourer. Became the jade princess anyways
Merge whereabouts: Unknown, Same as skylor
Pixal: Never existed, as Borg industries was only built when the overlord was defeated.
Arin: Got lost in the merge, as he never got saved by the ninja
Sora: Just became a loner in the merged realms, as she never met Arin
Wyldfyre: Got stuck in Imperium for the rest of her life, as the ninja were not there to free her
