Harri walked out of the fitting room after the sales lady. He fixed himself, brushed his hair up, and straightened his shirt. Parang wala lang nangyari sa kanilang dalawa. Sinundan lang ni Harri ang sales lady sa cashier para ilinya ang mga pinamili nitong damit. He even invited her to be his guest for the party tonight, but she declined him which he took offense of after what they just did inside the fitting room.
Bakas naman ang pagkadismaya at asar sa mukha ni Harri. Nang makita siya ng mga kaibigan niya ay nagtaka naman ito sa nangyari, pero alam nila kung anong ibigsabihin no'n. They just didn't want to rub it on Harri's face while the girl was next to him.
When Devin paid for all the clothes they picked for themselves, they walked out of the store with Harri still looking pissed off.
"What happened, Harri? Tell us," Devin asked.
Napangisi na lamang ito at saka umiling. "Don't bother."
"Look at the button on his button-down shirt," Franklin pointed. "Looked like something happened and didn't go in his way."
"Fuck off, Frank," Harri responded madly.
"See? He wasn't hard to read," Frank added.
Huminto naman sa paglalakad si Devin at hinarap nito ang nakabusangot na kaibigan. Pinatong nito ang kamay sa balikat ng kaibigan. "Hey, don't get it in your head. Trust me, you'll be so thankful at the party later. It would be the night you won't ever forget."
"Alright. Whatever," Harri said, shrugging off his shoulder.
Bago pa bumalik sa mansion ang magkakaibigan ay dumaan muna sila sa ilang luxury store. Sinusundan lamang nila si Devin at kung ano man ang sabihin ni Devin ay gagawin din ng mga ito. If he told them to get what they would like to have, his friends would quickly dispersed all around the store to check what would catch their interests.
After a while, coming in and out of the perfume, watch, shoes, and all sorts of stuff they could buy from those stores, they all went back to the mansion to get themselves ready for the party later. Hindi pa binabanggit ni Devin kung anong klaseng party ba ang pupuntahan nila, pero base sa mga pinamili nilang party, they wouldn't go clubbing all night.
"Do I look good now?" tanong ni Harri sa sarili habang tinitingnan ang sarili.
He took his time showering so whoever he might sleep with tonight would have the best time with him. Maayos din ang pagkakasuklay nito sa kanyang buhok. He was wondering if putting hair wax in it would be a good idea. He would like to get it classy but also want someone else to play with his soft hair. In the end, he decided to spray his hair with some hair spray to keep it sticky, but classy.
Harri put his black slacks on over his boxer briefs. He even thought of going commando as he thought it would be easy for him to take his clothes off, but he couldn't let his crotch be huge enough to get everyone's attention. Harri wore white long-sleeves and tucked them under his pants. He made sure he would look good in it. He put on the shoes and grabbed the coat the sales lady from earlier had suggested to get it.
It reminded him about her, but it shouldn't stop him from having fun. He was holding on to what Devin said earlier and for sure, he would make it the best night of his life. Maybe Tampa can offer more than Vegas had.
Before Harri stepped out of his room, he sprayed himself with the perfume he bought earlier—technically, Devin paid for it, but it was the scent that caught him off guard. It was the best that he believed women would start to get on their knees on him.
Lumabas ng kwarto si Harri at sinamahan ang mga kaibigan nito na naghihintay na rin sa living room. The four of them were waiting for Devin to come. Hindi sila makakaalis kung hindi nila hihintayin si Devin. He was the one who invited them and couldn't go else where without him.
"Raise your hand if you're thinking about hooking up with someone else tonight," sabi pa ni Caiden.
Mabilis namang nagtaas ng kamay si Harri habang ang tatlo nitong kaibigan ay nanatiling nakababa ang mga kamay. Napakunot naman ang noo ni Harri at saka ito natawa.
"What the fuck? Are we looking for fun or what?" Ngisi pa ni Harri.
"We believe it's your time tonight, Har," sabi pa ni Franklin. "I've done my part and it wasn't a good one. I hope you'll get a wonderful experience or else you'll be just like me."
"I hope not," Harri said, crossing his fingers. "Let it only be you."
"Fuck you, Har," sabi pa ni Franklin. "You should start counting numbers tonight. Don'be too good about yourself, Hari."
"Well, let's see about that," panghahamon pa ni Harri.
Hindi nagtagal ay dumating si Devin at mabilis na kumilos ang apat at saka sinundan ang kaibigan palabas ng mansion. Pagkalabas nila ng mansion ay isang itim na limousine ang sumalubong sa kanila. They knew at that point na hindi isang normal na party lang ang kanilang pupuntahan. As what Devin had mentioned, a lot of good looking people will also be there.
Iyon ang pinakaabangan ni Harri. Hindi niya alam kung anong tumatakbo sa isipan ng mga kaibigan nito, pero para sa kanya ay may sarili siyang goal na kailangan niyang tuparin. That's the only thing he had in mind.
It didn't take them too long when they reached the events place and the boys were full of excitement. They couldn't contain it. At that moment, Devin felt the fire in his chest as they walked inside the hall and found a lot of people. He was eyeing everyone else and the only thing he had in mind was to hook up with someone else just to prove to the boys wasn't a loser.
They wouldn't find him an hour later and probably already out of the party, giving a woman the best ride of her night. Only thinking about that made Harri hard already.
