"Are you ready, boys?" Devin asked while everyone was settling inside the limousine.
Sunod-sunod na umupo sina Connagh, Caiden, Harri, at Franklin na wala pa ring ideya sa pinapakay na gagawin ng kaibigan nila na si Devin. He only called and told them to pack their bags because they'll be going somewhere. At that point, everyone was excited since it Devin who asked for it, but later on figured out na walang binanggit ang kaibigan kung saan sila pupunta.
"Are we going to celebrate my 21st birthday?" tanong pa ni Caiden.
"It's been two months since your birthday, Caiden. This isn't about you," Franklin noted. "Maybe it is. I don't know. What's going on, Dev? What is this all about?"
Devin smirked, trying so hard not to spill it yet. "I can't tell it right now, but yeah, you'll know once you get there. It has been a long time coming, boys, our days are about to get wild."
They all cheered inside the vehicle. Pero nagtaas din naman kaagad ng kamay si Connagh. "Guys, you should all remember that I'm not twenty-one yet. It is illegal to drink alcohol here in the US if you're below that age? Is that age limit still implemented or what?"
"Unfortunately, it still does," Devin said. "I know you can drink and have fun back in London, but trust me on this one, Con. You'll have the best days of your life."
"Are we going to fuck a stripper?" Caiden wondered. Nakatanggap din agad siya ng batok mula kay Harri. "What was that for, huh?! I was just asking!"
"We're not going to fuck a stripper," Harri retorted. "Whatever Devin prepared for us, I don't think that includes a stripper. Right, Dev?"
Napatingin naman silang lahat kay Devin at nag-abang ng isasagot nito. He didn't say anything, but only shrugged his shoulder off and let them guess what was the plan all along. Devin has been thinking of doing this for a long time, but since he wasn't able to match his schedule along with his best friends were such a struggle. Ngayong nagkaroon na ng chance na magsama-sama ang magkakaibigan ay hindi na hinayaan ni Devin na sayangin pa ang pagkakataon.
Habang bumubuo pa rin ng konklusyon ang apat kung saan sila pupunta ay mas ikipinagtaka nila na sa private hangar ang kanilang naging destinasyon kung nasaan ang private plane ng Carrington. Isa-isang bumaba ng limousine ang lima habang hindi mawala sa isip kung saan nga ba talaga ang destinasyon nila.
"If we're going to Jamaica, that would be so fantastic," komento ni Caiden na halos hindi maialis ang ngiti sa labi.
"Or we could just go back to London," sabi pa ni Connagh at sabay-sabay umiling ang magkakaibigan. "That's unfair."
"Well, London is London. . . Nothing special," komento pa ni Harri. "We could go to the Bahamas. I've been there once and the beach was wild. You could also get a lot of girls around. They were all sexy. If I'm thinking it right, oh boy, I would get some pussy every night of our stay there."
"Cut it off, Harri," Franklin said. "Don't be like Caiden."
"What now, huh?" angal ni Caiden.
"Don't be so dramatic there. Let's go, boys! We've got a flight to catch," Devin announced and the rest of the boys followed him inside the private plane.
A crew assisted them to find all their seats inside the plane. The plane was small, but has a very spacious area that has a capacity of the passengers along the bar area on the side and some stuff over the end. Hindi madalas gamitin ni Devin ang private plane nila sa tuwing may binabalak siyang gawin kasama ang mga kaibigan nito dahil bukod sa pagmamay-ari ng tatay niya ang private plane na lulan nila ngayon ay hindi siya pinapayagan gamitin for leisure. His father was flying with the private plane to get across some states and even flown outside the country at some point.
When everyone settled inside the plane and the captain announced their take off, all waited for what the captain would say about their destination but didn't mention it. Doon lang ni na-realize na kinuntiyaba ni Devin ang piloto na 'wag babanggitin ang kanilang pupuntahan lugar. Everything was prepared there and they all needed to do was to show up and land safely there.
Devin told them that it would only take roughly four hours of flight and that was where all the guesses started to invade the room. Connagh guessed they would go to Mexico since it was the closest travel by air to the hours mentioned by Devin. Harri said would be New York, Caiden thought of Chicago while Franklin thought of Puerto Rico which they all called him out since it was over eight to nine hours of flight just to get there.
During the flight, the crew served them some drinks and snacks. While abroad, Connagh tended not to drink any beverages with alcohol content since he was scared of the law and might be deported back to London once caught. He doesn't want that to happen. While all his friends were above the age limit, they could drink whatever they wanted, but he was fine with sparkling water.
When the boys realized that the four-hour flight would come to an end in any minute now, they heard the announcement of the captain. Dali-dali namang sumilip ang mga ito sa bintana at doon lamang nila na-realize kung saan sila patungo. Hindi pa nila totally sigurado kung tama nga ba ang mga hula nila dahil pa ring binabanggit ang kanilang captain pilot hangga't sa tuluyang mag-land ang eroplano at iba't ibang klase ng excitement ang tumambad sa mukha ng apat.
"Are we in Florida?" Caiden wondered.
"I feel like fucking we are," Harri said.
Sabay-sabay namang silang tumingin kay Devin na inalis ang seatbelt na suot. Hindi nito mapigilan ang ngiti sa labi habang tinitingnan ang bawat mukha ng mga kaibigan niya. Who knew the thing he had plan for a long will now finally be in fruition.
"Welcome to Tampa, Florida, boys," Devin proudly announced, and all the boys cheered as if they would all hunt the women down for a night of fun, sexy, and drama—it can't be missed when you're in Florida.
