Habang lulan ng sasakyan ang anim ay hindi maiwasang malingon ni Caiden sa katabing babae. He couldn't stop glancing at her breast because he reasoned, who couldn't avoid those melons?! Hindi rin masyadong umiimik si Caiden dahil alam niyang papansinin siya ng mga kaibigan nito. He tried to put himself in one place and let it stay that way until they finally reach their destination. Kung papansinin niya na sabik na sabik ang mga kaibigan nito na ma-meet ang mga babaeng nakilala nila kanina sa Tampa Bay, Caiden had something in mind. His friends were cockblocking him and he didn't like it.
Unang bumaba si Stefany at saka sumunod si Caiden tapos ang mga kaibigan nito. He only paid attention to his friends for a few minutes, but when he turned to his side, he couldn't find Stefany anymore. Naging aligaga naman ito at mabilis na tinanaw si Stefany, pero hindi na niya makita sa dami ng tao sa paligid. Hindi naman ito nagpahalata na hinahanap niya si Stefany at sumunod na lamang sa mga kaibigan niya.
Nanguna sina Connagh, Harri, at Franklin sa pagpasok sa club. Magkasabay naman sina Devin at Caiden. Tinanaw ni Devin ang mukha ni Caiden dahil alam nito na hinahanap niya si Stefany. He knew he had to bring Stefany to the party tonight he could know her even better, but if she was missing in the act, it would be hard for Caiden to make a move.
Mabilis na sinalubong ang tatlong lalaki ng mga babaeng nakilala nila kanina sa beach. Sa puntong iyon ay nawala na sa paningin nina Devin at Caiden. Hindi nila alam kung saan nagsusuot ang tatlo, pero hinayaan na lamang nila kung saan sila pupunta. If they wanted to have some fun, he would let them be. Tumuloy ang dalawa sa bar counter. Pumwesto sa bakanteng stools ang dalawa at mabilis na nag-order si Devin sa bartender. Nakilala rin naman agad ito ng bartender kaya agad nitong in-offer ang pinakamamahalin nilang drink. Wala namang problema iyon kay Devin. If he believed he'll be getting the best drink they would be offering, hindi niya tatanggihan iyon. Parehong specialty drink ang in-order ni Caiden para sa kanya. Si Devin ang nagpresenta na magbabayad ng kung anong iinumin nila. They do offer complimentary drinks because of the party that was being held in the club tonight, but Devin thought they would taste average and wouldn't even knocked him off.
Saglit lang nang i-serve sa kanila ang drinks nila ay nag-cheers ang dalawa saka ininom ang parehong inumin. Sinusubukan pa rin namang tanawin ni Caiden si Stefany sa paligid, pero hindi nito makita. Bukod sa madilim ang ilang parte ng club at halos mabulag sa mga halo-halong kulay ng ilaw na nagsasayaw sa paligid. The only thing he had in mind would fall in such despair. Nando'n na siya, e. "How's everything for you, Caiden?" Devin asked and that brought his attention to him.
"I'm good," he simply answered, sipping on his glass.
"I mean, here in Tampa. Are you having fun or whatever?"
"Yeah, yeah, of course, I do," Caiden said, nodding his head. Inilapag din nito ang baso sa counter top. "Everything seemed so nice. I don't think I ever had this kind of trip before. Thanks for bringing us here, Dev. We appreciate the effort."
Napangisi naman si Devin saka ito umiling. "That's nothing. We should've been doing these kinds of trips all the time, but we've got a lot of things on our way. But I'm glad we were able to pull this off. This could be the best summer we ever had or not, either way, I'm happy to see you all having fun."
"Very much," Caiden agreed, picking up his glass again to take a sip.
"One more thing," pahabol pa ni Devin. "I know you've been eyeing Stefany since this morning."
Halos maibuga naman ni Caiden ang iniinom na alak. Pasimple na lang din naman itong umakto at tiningnan ang kaibigan na parang walang alam sa tinutukoy niya. "What do you mean, Dev?"
Devin laughed. "Oh, don't make it look like you don't know what I'm talking about, boy. I've noticed the way you looked at her. Those smiles you shared with her. And the way you laugh at her? Oh, boy, I think you're in love with her."
Agad namang umiling si Caiden para tanggihan ang akusasyon ng kaibigan nito. "No, no. I think you got it wrong, Dev. I don't—"
"Come on," Devin uttered in a serious tone. "You couldn't even hide it away. Since the moment we came here, you were looking for you. If I didn't invite her to join us today, I knew you wouldn't come so I invited her and now you're here with us. Good news for you, I don't even care. Go on and date her—or even fuck her, you do you, Caid. I don't mind. I don't care if you want to fuck someone who works for me. They do their job and they didn't do anything bad so whatever you wanted with her, I'll have my hands off. Go on, look for her. It's about time for you to make a move."
Hindi pa makapaniwala si Caiden sa sinabi ng kaibigan nito, but at that moment, he followed what he wanted to do. Inubos niya sa isang inumin ang alak sa kanyang baso at tinapik sa braso si Devin bago ito umalis sa kanilang pwesto at sinuong ang kumpol ng mga tao para hanapin si Stefany. Ang lawak ng mga ngiti ni Caiden dahil sa puntong ito ay magagawa na niya kung anong gusto niya ng walang inaalalang bagay. Devin didn't mind so who else should get on his way to fuck her?
Caiden hoped he would find her and probably take her home—or pull her to the restroom and get on with it. That's how it's going to be for Caiden. It's now or never—but it shouldn't be never.
