Chapter 18

Emily's POV

Today is the first day back to school. I'm so excited. Mostly because I'm the most popular girl so like no one gets in my way. I walk though the hallways with Beth and Stephanie and I make eye contact with Michelle.

"so what are you doing?"

"I'm just doing what I normally do. Either getting or putting stuff from my locker or talking to friend!" she states as if it was obvious.

I roll my eyes and Michelle shakes her head at me and slams her locker that I jump a bit. She smirks at goes off.

"that b-" Beth starts.

"yes we know but we don't need to say it out loud because she already knows it." I say cutting Beth off.

"she's just trying to get attention. I mean is it that obvious that she's just using Eldon." Stephanie says.

I then turn towards them.

"okay instead of ruining my sister's relationship I say we ruin Michelle's." I grin. They nod and smile.

I've never wanted to hurt Riley so when I saw Michelle I decided that we should do it to her and not Riley. Riley's my sister and she would go on and on to out parents and I'd get grounded. Mom and dad love her more than me so why not do Michelle.

I see Eldon and I smile. Maybe I can get everyone to hate her!

one month later....

We then steal Michelle's phone. I saw her type her password in and I go to messages. I decide to text Eldon. I text him this:

"hey Eldon...look I'm sorry but I no longer love you. It's been a bit hard for me. I think I'm falling for someone else. I know I know but I think I might like my brother. I know it's wrong but we need to break up. Sorry."

I send it off and smile I then shut her phone off and put it back in her gym bag. The girls and I stiffen a laugh.

Michelle's POV

I'm going to meet up with everyone when they all stare at me and don't smile. I go over to Riley but she takes a step back away from me. What the?....

"guys why are you all so distant from me?" I ask confused and worried. I go to ask my brother but he takes a step back.

"what did I do wrong?" I ask.

"Michelle, look I love you-" he starts.

"and I love you two." I say trying to see what's going on.

"but not like that...you see only as a sister."

"yeah I love you like a brother." I say but Eldon rudely cuts me off.

"then why did you tell me that you have feelings for him." Eldon says.

I am taken back. What?

"I never sent you anything."

"yes you did,...check your phone." Riley says.

I check my phone and I see that they are sent.

"I swear it wasn't me it must have been someone else!" I say tears starting to form.

"Michelle we just need some space." Hunter says looking down.

I start backing away from them slowly.

"fine but if that's w-what you a-all want."

They all slowly nod. I feel like my whole life has been ripped out of me.
