Kate's POV

Michelle and Phoebe sit down.

"alright. Who's side should I hear first." I ask.

"about..?" Michelle wonders.

"you skipping out on first period." Mr. Figs says.

"I got shoved into a closet by...I'm 90% sure....by a blonde an almost black haired girl." Michelle protests.

"Emily. Was it you?" I ask.

"um...excuse me. No, I was doing my makeup." Emily snorts.

"are you sure? you had makeup on this morning." Riley says eying her sister.

"shut up Riley." Emily glares.

"EMILY!" I yell. "Do not use that language in front of me or to any else."

She huffs and slumps into her chair crossing her arms.

"alright so I'll hear Emily's side, then Michelle's and then you guys." I say pointing to her friends. "will be the...jury."

Emily's POV

"okay so when the bell was about to ring I was going to the washroom and on my way I decided to stop by my locker..and I saw Michelle. I then realized that the bell would ring in a minute so I rush down the hallway." I lie.

"you're lying." Riley states.

"am not."

"are too." Tiffany and Beth join in.

"guys I'm her best friend I know when she lies. She isn't lying!" Stephanie says standing up for me.

"I've known her more than you Stephanie. I'm her sister. I know almost 95% of the time when she's lying and she's lying."

"Emily. Are you lying?" Kate asks me.

"no!" I say looking at her and then into the left corner.

"alright...Michelle."

"okay so I was going to my locker to grab one of my books that Mr. Figs let me borrow and as I was heading back I hear snickers and the sounds of high heels and then BAM!" She says slamming her hands together making all of us jump.

"I'm knocked out and I wake up in a closet. Although I did hear voices and it sounded like Emily and her side kick, Stephanie."

"okay. Mr. Figs what do you think?" Kate asks.

"well during the whole class I saw Emily and Stephanie snicker once in a while when Riley and the others would worry about Michelle."

"aw you guys were worried?" Michelle gushes.

"yeah of course." Hunter says.

"alright and Phoebe what did you notice?"

"well I did hear screams and muffles coming from the closet. I opened it up and Michelle popped out."

"okay, now up to you guys."

"well I know that Emily is lying because my uncle is a cop and when people look into the left it means their lying." Giselle says.

"alright everyone who do you believe?"

Michelle's POV

Emily stays there so I go to the other side of the room. Stephanie walks up and gives me a glare/sassy look. Emily smiles and they hug.

"that's one for Emily." Miss. Kate says.

West, James and Chloe all come over to me.

"and three for Michelle."

Daniel smirks and comes over to me. Emily looks at me with a fake hurt face.

"sorry Emily. Even though I've spent most of my time with you you were really bossy. I can't really trust you." Tiffany says.

She walks over to me along with Beth. Riley sighs and shakes her head at Emily.

"I thought you were better than this." She says and walks over to me.

James pulls her into a hug.

"well. I'm defiantly going to believe my sister mostly because I don't really know you that well." Hunter says to Emily.

"alright Eldon you've got the last vote/side." Kate says.

Eldon's POV

I look over and see Emily giving me a look that seems sad along with Stephanie and then I see Michelle with her side all looking at me. I start to slowly step forward but I stop.

"Eldon you have to choose." Kate says firmly.

Emily has hurt me so many times and she has also hurt so many others. And even though I'm her boyfriend. I don't really want to so i guess this is the best way to show her that we're over. I step towards Michelle's group not looking back.

"alright Emily I will see you in my office later." Kate says.

Emily storms out the door with Stephanie behind her.

"And you two Stephanie."

They keep walking.

"proud of you bro." I look to see James patting me on the back.

"it was for the best."

Besides I'm starting to think that maybe Michelle and I could be closer again..

Michelle's POV

Even though Eldon didn't believe me last time. I'm really glad he chose me. And I may have a crush on him.
