Chapter 28

hey guys. Sorry I haven't updated in a long time. Thank you all for reading, voting and commenting. I'm not sure if I will continue this book since I have a lot going on since I'm reaching my senior years in high school. We'll see but thank you!

Riley's POV

James asked me out on a date not too long ago. Our days here have been amazing. I'll never forget about it. We have 2 more days here. Tonight I'm going out with him. Amanda and Michelle are helping me get ready. Amanda is here to do my hair quickly and then she has to go. She has some family down here which she is going to go catch up with late tonight. Everyone else is doing something else.

"alright so we want it sexy, but not slutty." Michelle says.

"a bit simple, but not plain." Amanda adds.

"well what do you want?" Michelle asks turning towards me.

"yeah I mean it is your date." Amanda wiggles her eyebrows.

I roll my eyes. "something cute and a bit sexy but nothing too revealing, slutty or anything like that."

"sensible" Amanda nods.

"how about we do my hair so you can go meet up with some family." I suggest not wanting her to be late.

"aw, thanks Riley."

I take a look at my hair. It's kind of long and I've been dying to give it something new.

"hey Amanda, anyway you can change up my hairstyle?" I ask.

"like what?"

"I kind of want it to my shoulders, long enough to go into a cute small ponytail and maybe some bits dyed or something."

"alright we can do that since we have 3 hours till your date." she says casually.

That's one thing I like. They don't freak out unlike some girls who need 12 hours to prepare. After about an hour Amanda is all done. I take a look and it's cut short to my shoulders and is dyed a blonde ombre. I love it so much. (what her hair is like in season 3)

"Amanda thank you so much!" I exclaim hugging her tightly.

"no biggie." she smiles.

After 15 minutes she leaves leaving Michelle and I to help me get dressed. When Michelle is all done I take a look in the mirror. *picture above/or to the side of what she's wearing* I can't believe it! I give Michelle a big hug.

"thank you so much!" I exclaim.

"no biggie, now it's almost time for you're date!"

I look at the clock. Wow time has gone by fast! I then hear a knock on the door. I slip on some black lace toms, grab my purse and out the door I go.

"ooh! You look hot!" James says pretending to gasp.

"not too bad yourself." I smile taking a look at him.

He's just wearing a buttoned up shirt with some dress pants.

"shall we go ma' lady?" he offers me his arm.

"yes we shall!" I say taking his arm.

We takes us to this Indian/Mexican food place I've gotta say it's really nice. Mexican music starts to play and I see James moving his body a little bit. I place my hands overtop of his and look at him.

"are you good?" I ask.

"yeah." he replies. "wanna dance?"

I smile and stand up with him. We go out onto the mini dance floor. We both know a little bit of salsa and some tricks so we start dancing. He throws me up in the air and I do a spin before he catches me. While we're dancing I see people have stopped to watch and record us. When the song is done I'm dipped my James who then pulls me up. Everyone around us claps. I blush and hide my face a little bit in his chest. We go back down and sit.

"you know Riley. I love being here. Especially since it is one of the most magical places."

"aw, thank you James." I gush.

After having our dinner we take a nice stroll down the streets of Orlando. I'm gonna miss it here.  I turn towards James.

"you know this might be our last year dancing in A-Troupe before we have to move on." I say.

"yeah." he replies. "but I'm gonna take in every second, minute, hours, day, month until it's over."

I look at him.

"what if it means it'll be the end for us?" I ask.

"Riley, what are you trying to say?"

"I mean dance is really the only thing we have to fully connect wit each other and with that gone. What else do we have?"

"We will always be together. Even after dance."

He takes my face in his hands and slowly kisses me. We were kissing, in the sunset on a beach, in Orlando, Florida. Nothing could be better.
