"What a stupid..." the doctor walked in.

I sat up waiting to hear the news.

"I have some good news and a little bit of bad news."

"I ready for it," I squeezed Marks hand.

"The good news is that you are six weeks pregnant," the doctor spilled.

I was shocked and happy. Mark chuckled and smiled. He seemed very happy. I was surprised how well he took that. I finally snapped out of my shock.

"Well what's the bad news?" I asked.

"Its nothing really, just a few things that you have to be careful with while you are pregnant. You have anemia, which means you lack a lot of protein. Its an iron deficiency. You need to eat foods rich in iron, and as much protein as you can. You may have an anxiety condition as well. You are also hypoglycemic. That means you need to eat every four hours. Being pregnant makes it critical for you; you need to be eating a good amount of the day."

"Is that why she passed out?" Mark asked.

"All of these factors are what caused you to pass out," the doctor looked at me. "With these things it can make you feel weak, faint, and very shaky. There was also alcohol found in your blood, which did not help either. A few vitamins, iron pills and foods rich in iron and protein and eating at least every four hours will make you be in perfect condition. I will also write a prescription for zanax, but you need to only take when needed. "

Mark breathed a huge sigh of relief and hugged me.

"Congrats you two."

When the doctor left and nurse brought in some nasty hospital food. I ate as much as I could keep down. About a half hour later, the nurse let our friends in the room.

"So what's going on?" Sara yelled out, everyone was waiting to hear the news.

"Were pregnant!" Mark yelled out with his arms in the air. I started to crack up.

I heard cries of excitement. Everyone stood around and congratulated us. Mark explained to them my conditions that made me pass out. After a few more hours, we were released and said goodbye to our friends. Marcus and Jacob decided not to stay at the house tonight and instead stay with Jean and Allison instead.

On our way home, we stopped at the pharmacy to fill my prescriptions. I had two different prenatal vitamins to take, along with iron pills and zanax. Tons of thoughts were running through my head. I was excited, scared and wondering how in the hell my birth control failed.

"I'm so excited," Mark blurted out.

I smiled, "Me too," I laid my head on the seat.

"So are we going to talk about what happened back at the hospital? How you threw your phone? Who called you?"

"Can we just talk about that when we get home please?"

"Of course hun. What should we get to eat?" Mark asked.

"Again already?"

"Yes ma'am, you are eating for two now."

"Ok, how about shrimp pai tai?"

"Sounds amazing."

We went and picked up a carry out, and were finally home. We sat on the couch and ate dinner together.

"Can we go to the bedroom babe?" I asked.

"Of course," he got up and pulled me up.

"Really I'm fine, I promise. Can we start a bath?" I smiled.
