Since Bright have said it, he did stick to his words by taking Chally out on Yuna's birthday.
"Have fun at the beach, Chal." Mrs. Chivaaree said, making sure that Chally is secured on the backseat
"Yes, mama!" Chally gladly nodded
Her mother smiled and gave her a kiss on her forehead
Then she closed the pickup's door and as if on cue, Bright and Win stepped out of their house
"Chal's already inside." the older woman said
Bright chuckled, "She's that excited."
His mother sighed, "Tell me about it. Her backpack is already prepared since last night."
Win chuckled at that
"The foods are already on the backseat as well. Drive safely, Bri." Bright's mother caressed his shoulder
Bright smiled and nodded, "Thank you, ma."
Then she turned to Win, held his hand, and squeezed it
"Enjoy, dear." she said with a smile
"I will, theia." Win smiled back

It took them half an hour drive to reach the beach.
Win assisted Chally on getting down of the pickup
Then she immediately ran towards the ocean
"Careful and don't go too far!" Bright yelled after her
Win chuckled and shook his head in amusement
Bright held the food basket using his left hand then he held out his right hand in front of Win
Win raised an eyebrow at him, "Why?"
"Hold my hand." Bright said like it was the most obvious thing in the world
Win chuckled, "What? You're trying to make this a romantic beach trip or something?"
Bright shrugged, "Just a little bit." then he gave Win a teasing smile and said, "If I'm gonna make this really romantic, we'd be staying a night or two and we'd be doing nothing but just stay in bed."
Though Win blushed at that, he gave Bright a look of disapproval, "Gosh, you're unbelievable." he rolled his eyes and shook his head
"Come on, Chal has been waiting for us." Winn held Bright's hand and dragged him
Bright chuckled at his reaction

Win went to Chally who was busy building a sand castle while Bright stayed behind to prepare the beach umbrella, picnic blanket, and their foods
"You having fun, Chal?" Win asked her with a smile
Chally answered with full of enthusiasm, "So much fun, Winnie!"

"You're already tired?" Bright snickered at Win who tiredly sit down on the picnic blanket, in front of him
"What did Chal eat this morning? She's too energetic." said by Win
Bright chuckled, moving forward to sit closer to Win and made him lean on him
Win let out a heavy deep breath and completely leaned back on Bright
Bright wrapped an arm around him
"I'll come play with her again later." Win uttered
Bright smiled and kissed Win on his cheek
Win gave him a side glare
"It was too tempting." Bright mumbled
Win crossed his arms and looked at Chally who was still busy playing in front of them
"Bri, it's your turn to play with me!" the little girl yelled without even looking at them
Win chuckled, sitting up straight, "Brother duty is calling."
Bright shook his head in amusement then kissed Win's shoulder before standing up to go to his little sister

Meanwhile on Yuna's birthday party ...
"You can't also reach B?" Yuna asked Andrew
"The guy made it clear that he wouldn't make it, right? Let's just let B enjoy this day with his little sister." Sara let out a heavy deep breath
Yuna looked at her and said, "I have no problem with that. He could've at least greet me a happy birthday."
"I'll try to call him again later." said by Andrew
"Happy Birthday, Yuna!" Hanna, a friend of Yuna, who works as a journalist in the city
Yuna hugged her, "Hanna! I'm glad you made it."
Then they pulled away and Hanna said, "I won't stay for long though. My boss gave me a topic to write about and the deadline is just right around the corner."
"Woah, seems like you're making a big name for yourself in that industry." said by Yuna
"How I wish I can pull this topic through. It's kinda hard 'cause the subject is unknown to be found." Hanna said
"What do you mean?" Yuna asked her
"I'm not sure if I can tell you." Hanna sounded hesitant
"Is it that confidential? It's okay but who knows, right? I can be a help to you." Yuna shrugged
"Let's go somewhere." Hanna said, Yuna nodded
Then they went to the backyard where there wasn't a lot of people around
"This issue has been a big controversial. It's about the son of a conglomerate who has been gunned down and that son of his is now the president of their family's company and apparently, someone is after that guy's life and now, he's hiding only God knows where." Hanna said in a low tone
Yuna raised an eyebrow, curious to know more
Hanna continued, "My boss ordered me to keep up with the controversy."
"What is the name of the son of that conglomerate?" Yuna asked her friend
"Win Opas." Hanna answered, Yuna widened her eyes
Yuna immediately asked her, "Do you have any picture of him? Can I see it?"
Hanna nodded, "But just keep this between us." she said
Yuna nodded at her and she felt her whole world stopped upon seeing Win's picture
"That's him?" Yuna asked, merely a whisper
Hanna nodded, "Yes, this is President Win Opas."
