The past few days had been a whirlwind for Chaeyoung.

Between the grueling film schedule and the intense rehearsals for her upcoming tour, the two of you barely had time to even exchange texts, let alone spend time together.

So when you finally had a day off, you couldn't resist reaching out, hoping for a few quiet hours together.

Despite her packed schedule, Chaeyoung agreed to meet you for lunch, and the anticipation lifted your mood.

You picked her up around noon, and on the way, the two of you couldn't help but snap a few photos.

You noticed that, without planning it, you were both wearing matching outfits, casual black jeans with oversized black jackets and white shirts.

The little coincidence made you smile, and Chaeyoung laughed when you pointed it out.

"You know what they say," she teased, glancing at you with a playful glint in her eyes. "Couples start to dress alike after spending too much time together."

You just smirked, taking another photo of her as she pretended to pose dramatically in front of a nearby mural.

After a few more shots, you finally reached a small, vintage-style restaurant tucked away on a quiet street corner.

It had that cozy, old-world charm, with mismatched chairs and dim lighting casting warm shadows on the brick walls.

The two of you settled into a booth near the back, away from prying eyes, and placed your order.

As the conversation drifted between work and life, Chaeyoung finally brought up what had been on her mind for a while.

"Sora," she started, her voice a little softer now, "I don't know if I mentioned this, but my tour's coming up soon. Actually, right after the film wraps."

You blinked, looking at her in surprise. "Tour? You're really doing both the film and a tour at the same time?"

She smiled, a little weary but still full of excitement. "Yeah, it's crazy, but I'm handling it. It's tiring, but the thought of being back on stage, seeing all the fans again, it's worth it."

You leaned back, shaking your head in disbelief. "I don't know how you're managing it all."

Chaeyoung shrugged, a small, proud grin on her lips. "It's fine. I'm used to it, even though the schedules are a bit insane."

She paused, looking at you a little more intently before changing the subject. "By the way, have you seen what the fans have been saying? About how my fans and your fans are calling themselves brothers and sisters now because of us?"

You laughed, remembering some of the comments you'd seen on social media. "Yeah, I saw that. It's wild how quick they are to jump to conclusions."

Chaeyoung chuckled along with you, leaning forward slightly. "Well, they're not exactly wrong, are they?"

You playfully shrugged, a grin tugging at your lips. "I guess not."

As the meals were set in front of you, the warm aroma filling the air, both of you eagerly dug in.

For a few minutes, the conversation gave way to the clinking of forks and quiet hums of satisfaction.

Chaeyoung, as always, was animated, eating with a sort of quiet joy that made you smile.

Halfway through, she paused, gently dabbing her lips with a napkin before she turned to you, a bit more serious now. "Hey, Sora, I've been meaning to ask you something."
