"Soooo... how was the carvial?" Mom asked as soon as I entered the house.
"It was alright," I said, hiding my smile.
"Need more information," She said, coming closer.
"And no more information for you," I said, going upstairs to my room.
"And if you must know more, I enjoyed the carnival, and it was fun. Thanks for the idea. Love you night." I turned back to wave and ran up to my room.
Okay.... today was a pretty long day, and nothing that happened today was under my control. I can't believe I went on a real date with Mark like no longer .......
Gabby:*Hi*... The notification on my phone.
Me:*Where have you been, Gabby*.... I responded to Gabby.
Gabby :*There was an emergency, so I had to go*
Me:*What was the emergency? Is your mom fine, or is it your sister? *
Gabby:*No no none it was just a meeting with an important brand, and I forgot all about them, so my manager came to pick me up*
"Me:*Cool, but I thought your mom is your manager*
Gabby:*well, she has employed a manager for me as she is now doing her own thing but enough about me......spill*
Me:*Spill....what??*
Gabby:*Don't act dumb*
Gabby:*the date, of course??*
Me:*We went to a carnival*
Gabby:*WHAT?? CLOWNS... you hate them, rii, or you don't anymore¿¿*
Me:*I still do but I had a run in on Catherine so I kind of came home late so mom suggested the carnival since the thing he planned didn't work out anymore but I enjoyed every bit plus my punishment is OVER.......*
Gabby:*That is awesome. I am so happy for you*
Me:*We have to celebrate that I am out of Catherine's trap, so what of me you tomorrow after school some milkshakes*
Gabby:* I can't Red I am not coming to school tomorrow*
Me:*Why? You are missing school a lot lately. What is happening???*
Gabby:*Nothing, just some brand thing I am working on*
Me:* Your education is important too if you want to become an engineer*
Gabby:*I don't think that is possible again but I have to go now, I have a big day tomorrow for me plus do celebrate with you new boyfriend and Jack*
Gabby:*night *
Me:*night*
Something is up with Gabby. I don't know what because she is not telling me anything anymore.
"Good morning, sweetheart," Mom shouted loudly.
"Let me sleep," I said, covered my ears
"No more sleep, dear," Mom said, pulling the covers.
"Why Why why?" I asked, crying
"Because you have to go to school," Mom said, dragging me from my bed.
"I go there every day. Let me sleep for some more," I said, pushing myself to the bed.
"I am going on a trip," Mom blurted out.
"You got to be kidding me," I said while standing from the bed.
"No, you are not," I said, not smiling.
"I have to go not like it is for a vacation or anything it is for work," Mom explained.
"Turn it down," I said, arranging my bed.
"I can't, I want to go," Mom said, sitting on my vanity chair.
"Not at this time," I said, looking at her.
"You went for a brand trip. Why not me?" Mom shouted.
"Mom, we are not the same and cancel that trip because you are not going okay." I screamed and slammed the bathroom door.
"Today is going to be a drag," I said to myself while facing the mirror.
After, the outfit I pulled yesterday, I felt a little pressure to dress well but I am too angry for that so I settled for a black crop top, a black skinny jeans, combat boots with a with heel and to top it with my dad's favourite leather Jacket and for make up red lip with mascara will be a enough with my hair in loose curls because Why not.
"Somebody looks like she is going to start a motorcycle gang with tough guys and dropout students," Mom commented as I entered the kitchen.
"Not in the mood," I said as I cut my toast.
"I know from immediately you started playing rock and roll music in your room, and now you look like you are in a band.... ummm, the knuckleheads or the won't let me live my life band.... " Mom said, giving me a look.
"Only if I see the doctor's note and a well packed meds then I will miss you when you are on the trip but if I don't I will make sure all the cars have a flat tire and passport stolen with a broken phone" I threatened not looking at her.
"Of course there is," Mom said, going through her phone.
" It is alright what of Meds?" I asked after looking at the report.
"Here," I said, looking at a well organised med case filled with all her medicines.
"I will call you to make sure you take them and call me when you get there," I said, kissing her cheeks.
"Enjoy," I said and turned to the door.
"Take care, love you," She shouted, and i stopped and turned to look at her.
"Love you too, mom," I said with tears with my eyes and closed the door.
"Is that red?" I heard of the girls in my last year chem class asked another.
"Who is this hottie?" I heard another guy ask as he looked at me in a funny way.
"Hot girl alert," Aaron said. The guys came into view.
"Hi guys," I said, smiling as I saw all my favourite people looking at me.
"Hey, looking good, I almost did not recognise you," Mark said as I stood by my side.
"Thanks," I said as I saw the others talk like we didn't exist.
"I texted you yesterday and this morning when you didn’t show up this morning," He said as I looked for my phone in my bag.
Mark:*I enjoyed today, and I hope you did too♡♡*
"Ooh, sorry, I am on the no phone until I am in school thing," I said, looking at my phone.
"And I did enjoy yesterday," I added.
"You were not at practice this morning," Jack said, and all the guys looked at me.
"Well, my punishment is over, so no more morning practice for me," I said, very looking at them, they were not so happy.
