The Demon Train's Demise

"Inosuke, this entire train has turned into a demon! There isn't anywhere on it that is safe! So, we have to protect the passengers! I repeat! This entire is a demon!" Tanjiro shouts to Inosuke from across the train.

"Huh? What do you know? I was right all along! Talk about having absolute killer instincts as a leader, huh?!" Inosuke shouts and they looked at him confused.

"What is he talking about?" Nyx asked and Rui shrugged his shoulders as Inosuke jumped back through the hole he made in the train to go protect the passengers, while they stayed on top of the train.

"We have to save the others. Inosuke is handling those cars, we should go on ahead." Tanjiro told Nyx and Rui. They nodded their heads, and just as they were about to go, Nyx suddenly felt a rise in the dark energy.

"Tanjiro, Rui, watch out!" She shouts and they looked at her confused. But before they could ask her what was wrong, this strange flesh started to come out of the train. They watched in shock as the flesh coated the train and two huge tendrils sprouted and came towards them.

Nyx ran over to Rui and picked him up, she then jumped back inside the train with her brother. 

Tanjiro gasped as they saw the flesh inside the train as well. "It's gotten this far already?" He asked as two more tendrils grew.  He quickly cut them just as more tendrils formed behind them. 'No good. This is never going to end. How do I fend it off?!' He thought as his body grew tense.

Suddenly they heard thunder and Nyx grinned, knowing who that could be. "Zen-Zen!" She shouts causing Tanjiro and Rui to look at her shocked.

"Wait, that was that whining wimp!?" Rui shouts and Nyx nodded her head.

Nyx then heard movement behind her, so she turned to see two tendrils going towards some of the passengers. She quickly took out her sword and cut the tendrils in half. 

All three of them tried to work hard to keep the passengers safe, but with the little space they had, it was hard for them to move around, let alone swing their swords and webs. 

Nyx turned to Rui, looking panicked. "Rui you need to-" Her eyes widened as she sensed a rise in this hot energy, then suddenly the train jolted, causing them to get thrown into the air. 

Tanjiro's body goes rolling back into the door. 'What was that? Did a demon attack?' He thought as he looked forward, "WHA!" He shouts as he sees his sister's body coming barring towards him.

"Young, Kamado!" He heard someone shout and Nyx blinked as she looked at her brother's face inches from hers. She felt an arm wrapped around her waist, so she slowly looked up to see Rengoku had caught her, before she could slam into her brother.

'W-Where the hell did, he come from!? Bitch just spawned in!' Nyx thought as she stared at Rengoku shocked.

I mean seriously, the motherfucker just SPWANED out of nowhere! I watched it with my own eyes! He spawned in flames!

"Mr. Rengoku!" Tanjiro shouts as he stared at Rengoku shocked and confused.

"I was quite thorough with my strikes on the way here, so it should take the demon a while to recuperate, but there is still no time to waste." Rengoku said and they nodded their heads.

"Are you going to let go of my mother now?" Rui asked in an annoyed tone as he glared at Rengoku.

"Oh, right! My apologies!" Rengoku shouts as he finally let go of Nyx. "Now then, this train has eight cars. I will protect the rear five." He said as he held up his hand to show five fingers. "The other three will be handled by your sister and that boy in yellow."
