Elizabeth POV
One year later
"Y/N do it, not me." Jalen said pointing to himself, and I heard Y/N gasp looking over from the couch and I put my hands on my hips.
"You left the toilet seat up?!" I asked and her eyebrows furrowed and her eyes widened before she nodded.
"Yeah, yeah, that's what I did." She said but now my eyes narrowed and I raised my eyebrow at her.
"What did you do?" She chuckled nervously, before shaking her head. I walked over to the couch and Jalen followed me as if he was my backup. "What did you do?"
"Ate all your candies!" Jalen said and Y/Ns jaw dropped and I turned to look at Jalen, my mouth open before turning back to Y/N.
"Is that so?" Y/N was still staring at Jalen in disbelief and I had to contain my laughter.
"He ate them too Liz! He's the one who told me where they were!" Jalen started to giggle and I turned to him and he put his hand over his mouth shaking his head.
"No, no! I not eat them!"
"Yes, you did! You said they were in the cabinet and you wanted some!" I shook my head and started to laugh, even with their age gap they still argued as if there wasn't one at all. "I'm not giving you no more candies!"
Jalen let out a small gasp. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry." Y/N just tutted.
"Shoulda thought about that before you snitched."
"Liz!" He whined and I stopped laughing and looking at him.
"She's just playing bud, you'll get some more candy." Y/N scoffed and I nudged her with my foot, and she rolled her eyes.
"You're buying me more chocolate," I told Y/N and she just nodded, I sat down on the couch cuddling up to Y/N her arms wrapping around me, and Jalen's eyebrows furrowed and he grabbed my hand.
"No, no, sit me. Here." He said and sat down on the other side of the couch pulling me with him I giggled but went to the other side of the couch and he tried to put his arm around me like Y/N had but his were too small.
I was stifling my chuckles as I looked over at Y/N, who was giving us the side eye, and then she grabbed my legs pulling me back over to her and I was laughing at Jalen's shocked noise. She wrapped her arms around me sitting me against her front.
"She's mine. You need to back off." She said to Jalen and she pressed a kiss on the side of my head, and Jalen shook his head.
"Mine! Liz come!" He reached out to me and I slowly took myself out of Y/N's arms, and when I turned to her, her mouth was open and she looked shocked.
"I'm sorry babe, but I gotta cuddle with my baby," I said taking Jalen in my arms, and he giggled sticking his tongue out at Y/N and she blinked rapidly before nodding a scoff leaving her mouth.
