12. Naive Omega

Wei Wuxian enters Lan Wangji's room, holding a tray with a ceramic pot of moon tea and a cup.

Lan Wangji also realises that someone has entered his room so he looks around this strange place carefully and as soon as their eyes meet, an awkward silence fills the air.

Lan Wangji is confused and asks this stranger, "Who are you? Where am I right now and what is this place because this is not my room."

Wei Wuxian stands in his place very stunned for a few minutes because Lan Wangji did not remember anything about him even after spending 2 extreme hot nights together.

Lan Wangji ruffles his brain for memories, recalling the last few days, he remembers being on a boat with Wei Wuxian, who seemed intent on dragging him into the human cultivation world.

Lan Wangji is pointing at Wei Wuxian, "Hey, you’re the one who kidnapped me. If my uncle and brother find out you’ve trapped me here, they won’t let you live."

Lan Wangji remembers the boat ride, how Wei Wuxian had held him in his lap, and their little fights when this badass alpha kisses his cleavage.

Wei Wuxian is smirking, "Kidnapped? Oh come on, Little Demon, I’m just offering you some tea. No need to act all tough. Stop this fake drama."

Wei Wuxian is puzzled as to why Lan Wangji is pretending not to know him, especially since they spent the last two nights together.

Wei Wuxian glares angrily and says, "Stop the drama. Just drink the tea, or I might just eat you for dinner."

Lan Wangji’s eyes widen as he recalls what his uncle Lan Qiren always warned him about humans eating demons.

Lan Wangji is nervously starts to say, "If you hurt me, my best friend Ren Yu will come after you because he won’t let anyone tease me at all."

Hearing Ren Yu's name makes Wei Wuxian furious so he puts the tray aside and steps closer to Lan Wangji.

Wei Wuxian is with a fierce glare, "If you don't drink that tea before it gets cold, I'll deal with Ren Yu myself. Besides, he's already in my hands, so better drink up, or I'll have a feast."

Lan Wangji’s eyes grow even wider, and he starts to sweat, looking genuinely scared and he immediately looks towards the tea kettle.

Lan Wangji is stammering, "I don't want to be eaten. What kind of tea is this anyway?"

With a hesitant glance at Wei Wuxian, Lan Wangji reaches for the kettle.

Wei Wuxian "It's normal flower tea. Very delicious. Just don't let it go cold, or it'll turn into, well, something unappetizing."

Lan Wangji is terrified, quickly pours the tea into his cup and gulps it down as he is already hungry and his stomach is also making some grumbling noises.

Lan Wangji is in a rush and he turns towards Wei Wuxian even he looks scared and says in a panic, "Okay I'm drinking it."

Lan Wangji finds the taste of this flower tea very strange and it tastes much more bitter than other teas but then he also makes weird facial expressions and finishes the cup and holds it up like a trophy.

Lan Wangji shows Wei Wuxian the proof that he finished all the tea, "See? All gone. Now, so can you please let me go?"

Wei Wuxian is grinning and staring a bit and asks, "Let you go? Not a chance. You're my new pet demon now."
