Rum struggled to process the revelation. He'd expected his fight with Chorsi to be the last time he ever encountered the beast, not to have him show up at his front door in human form.

Rum: What do you want? And why aren't you dead?

Chorsi's eyes gleamed, his grin transforming into something more intense, more dangerous.

Chorsi: You may have beaten me, but that's precisely why I'm here. You see, in all my centuries of life, I have faced countless opponents-- some strong, some weak. But none have shown the kind of power that you did yesterday.

Rum raised an eyebrow, taken aback by the compliment. He hadn't expected praise from a dragon, especially not one as deadly as Chorsi.

Chorsi: I must admit, you impress me. I've never encountered a human with such raw power. And I, Rum... I have decided I want to be your greatest rival.

Rum blinked, completely stunned. Of all the things Chorsi could have said, that was the last thing he'd expected. "Rival?

Rum: My rival? But why?

Chorsi: Because I want to see how far you can push your limits. Your power is unlike anything I've ever faced, and I want to be there to challenge it, to test it and to push you beyond what you could ever thought possible. I live for battle, Rum, and I see in you a potential that could make you one of the strongest opponents I've ever faced.

Rum stared at Chorsi, completely taken aback by his words. He had spent most of the battle just trying to survive, but here Chorsi was, acknowledging him as a powerful force and more than that, wanting to challenge him again, not as an enemy, but as a rival. It was surreal, and Rum wasn't entirely sure how to respond.

Rum: So... you want to keep fighting me?

Chorsi nodded, his grin returning.

Chorsi: Exactly. But not just to destroy you, no, I want to push you. I want to see you grow stronger, to become something even greater. And when the time is right, we'll clash again. And maybe then, we'll see who truly stands at the top.

Rum was silent for a moment, taking in Chorsi's words. The idea of having a dragon as a rival wasn't something he had ever imagined, and yet... there was something strangely compelling about it. Chorsi wasn't here to exact revenge or finish what they had started, he was here because he saw something in Rum, something worth challenging. And in a strange way, that felt like an honor.

Rum: This is unexpected. But you seem serious about this, so... I guess? I don't know. We'll just have to see what happens.

Chorsi: Fine enough for me.

Chorsi decided to invite himself in. Without waiting for permission, the dragon-turned-man casually stepped over the threshold and began looking around the farmhouse with a mixture of curiosity and amusement. Rum blinked, a bit taken aback by Chorsi's audacity, but before he could say anything, Chorsi had already made himself at home. The dragon's sharp eyes scanned the simple but cozy interior, taking in the worn furniture, the warm fireplace, and the various trinkets and keepsakes scattered about. He walked with an air of confidence, as though he belonged there despite being anything but human.

Rum: Uh, you know, you probably shouldn't be in here. If my brother and sister see you, they're going to start asking questions, ones I'm not ready to answer.

Chorsi: Questions are inevitable. Besides, I've never been inside a human home before. I'm... curious.

He paused in front of a small wooden table, where a few family photos were propped up in simple frames. His eyes narrowed with interest as he studied them.
