In a small, isolated town, a young girl named Eliza discovers an old, dusty journal in her attic. Intrigued, she begins to read it, finding the entries filled with eerie tales about her ancestors and their encounters with a malevolent spirit known as "The Whisperer."
As Eliza reads on, she hears whispers in the dark corners of her home, echoing the journal's stories. Each night, the whispers grow louder, urging her to join them. One evening, unable to resist the call, she follows the sound into the woods, only to find herself standing before an ancient tree marked with strange symbols.
