In a small coastal village, people begin experiencing terrifying episodes of sleep paralysis. Each victim describes the same figure - a dark, featureless entity pressing down on their chest, stealing their breath. At first, the town doctor dismisses it as a shared delusion, but soon, the cases multiply. Desperate for answers, the townspeople band together to investigate the phenomenon. They discover that an ancient creature, long buried beneath the town's church, is responsible. This parasite feeds on fear, and it's growing stronger. The sleep paralysis is just the first stage - once the creature fully awakens, it will start feeding on the physical bodies of its victims. The townspeople scramble to find a way to stop the parasite, but one by one, they begin to fall victim to it. The town is slowly consumed by fear, and no one knows how to fight something that thrives on terror.
