In a quaint village, a talented dollmaker, Mrs. Hargrove, crafts lifelike dolls that draw the attention of the townsfolk. Each doll has an uncanny resemblance to a missing child from the village.
As children start to disappear, rumors swirl about the dollmaker's dark secret. One brave boy named Oliver decides to confront Mrs. Hargrove. He sneaks into her workshop at midnight, where he discovers a hidden room filled with dolls, each with a tiny heart beating softly within them.
Suddenly, Mrs. Hargrove appears, her eyes gleaming with madness. “They are not lost; they are mine now!” she cackles. Oliver barely escapes, but as he runs home, he realizes he is being followed by a doll that looks exactly like him.
