A family moves into a seemingly perfect suburban home next to an abandoned playground. The children, fascinated by the rusty swings and decaying merry-go-round, begin playing there despite their parents’ warnings. Strange things start happening—each time they come back, the kids bring home toys that weren’t there before. The toys are old and covered in dirt, and the parents begin to worry when their children start speaking to invisible friends. As the parents investigate the town’s history, they learn that a group of children disappeared decades ago from that same playground. Now, their spirits want playmates—and they’re not willing to let the living children leave.
