ARRIVAL 1

                                 CHAPTER ELEVEN

Coming back to Nigeria was so refreshing Sarah thought to herself

We walked side by side as we existed the airport arrivals gate .

Our bags are currently being wheeled along side us by some of the airport bag wheeler's .

While i was pushing the stroller which had the twins resting comfortably in them 

As we got towards the exited gate I saw my mum standing tall and beautiful with my dad smiling wildly at me . guess they are all happy to see me

I noticed that they had also  brought the family entourage along

A seven expensive sedan cars lined up,  a two escort Hilux security cars and my mother's latest Mercedes -maybach Exelero  which she bought for 29.5million dollars

Hmmmm I smiled to myself it seems my family are trying to show off to Elizabeth

I quickly closed the distance and hugged my mother it been long since I have seen her  , after I was done hugging my mom I hugged my father also who  was smiling from ear to ear

I stood back with the twins stroller as Sarah went over to greet her family

I could actually recognise the elder woman she greeted first that is her mom Mrs Aretha chike

She is as tall as Sarah with a very sharp straight nose,   I couldn't see her eyes because she was a little bit far from my peripheral vision

She was putting on a long straight black bubba gown , a low golden sandals which ardoned her feet
While her head was so full of long mixed black and  white dreads locs. that moved past her shoulder

With a Cartier transparent eye glass resting gently on her face .

I took a deep a breath as I could see where Amara got her good looks from

I looked to the other side of Mrs Aretha I saw  the tall  older gentleman who was on a white polo shirt , a blue tracksuit trousers and a brown leather shoe .

His head was also full with  white dread locks and a black designer eye glass resting on his head

He was standing aloof and calm and also staring at me curiously i could tell this is Amara father the man who is my kids grandfather .

Oh my god I thought to myself alot of emotion was passing through me it making me feel  light headed

This is the parents of the woman I had wronged I feel so ashamed of myself

it feels as if the  ground should open up and  take me in other so  I can escape all of this .

I was still in my thoughts when I felt someone walked up to me I looked up at her , because she is taller than me

My god is everyone taller than me in this family I thought to myself

The girl look a little bit like serah but not too much , she also is tall with her dread locks  cut short reaching her chin she had alot of  calories attached to it .

And also a silver  jewel that is cross shaped like .

She too is equally as beautiful but you can tell she still a teenager because of her bubbling childish charisma

She thrusted her hand towards me and said Hello I am Sharon chike,  I am Sarah's younger sister
The girl said to me  as she waited for me to respond to her ,

I  claimed her long slim  hands in my much smaller petite one and said it nice to meet you Sharon  I am Elizabeth Wilson I said smiling softly to her

She then asked me if she could see the twins I immediately said yes to her and made way for her to meet to them

Sharon immediately went down to her knees and started making cute voices at the twins, who were  now responding by smiling.  at the new attention they are suddenly receiving from Sharon.

Elizabeth please come forward Sarah called out to me  from where she was standing with her parents  including her brother who have been  me watching me silently . ever since we met up with them

I walked towards Sarah with unsteady feet hoping I don't pass out from fear,  because the rate that which my heart is beating fast anything can take place .

As Elizabeth walked towards me I could tell she was uneasy , my parents and brothers hasn't fully well addressed her.
So I took it upon myself to break the invincible ice and introduced them .

I went over  to stand in the middle of my parents and said
Mum , dad  this is Elizabeth Wilson I then pointed at the gorgeous blue eyed sexy petite girl who was looking up at us with  shyness

Mrs Aretha chike looked at the 5.2 beautiful blond girl who was now looking at the floor trying to avoid everyone gaze

I walked closer to her and raise her head up,  to look at me immediately her eyes landed on mine I heard the tiny gaps of surprise that escaped her lips

I could see it in her eyes that she  could see the resemblance between me and  my  daughter Amara . in all of my children Amara is the only who looks the most like me .

And right down there Elizabeth eyes suddenly brimmed of tears which immediately started to flow down her cheek

I could the see the remorse and how sorry she is for what she did to my daughter

I then made the decision to pull her small frame closer into my body and hugged her , i started by consoling her saying
It ok little one stop crying now , it ok

Everything will be fine I said to Elizabeth as i held her in my embrace ,  consoling her with the motherly love I knew she never got from her  biological mother.

Sarah had told us everything on how Elizabeth was used by her parents against Amara , and after she did what they asked of her they threw her out of the house .
Immediate they found out she had gotten pregnant for Amara

Sarah had also narrated to us how Elizabeth had refused to get an abortion which then worsen her parents cruelty on her

For  they immediately stopped the  payments of her education which automatically led  her to dropping out of college

Aretha chike held the remorseful innocent soul  closely to her, as Elizabeth was crying bitterly in her arms

She guessed Elizabeth Seeing Amara resemblance in her  made her to remember the actions she had  committed against her  daughter

I am so sorry mam,  I am so sorry I didn't mean it please forgive me Elizabeth said out loud  as she continued to cry  helplessly  in the arms of the woman who gave birth to Amara .

Come on now little one stop crying Sarah had explained it all to us,  and we know your not  to be blamed for everything.
It ok now please stop crying Aretha said to the girl who  in her embrace

Sarah saw all what was going on and felt bad she wished that one day Elizabeth will forgive herself, and moved on . she then walked closer to her mum and Elizabeth and said
Elizabeth stop crying I have told you everything is fine ok what happened two years ago  was not entirely your fault

If anyone is to be blame it your parents they are the ones who forced you to do what you did to my sister

And remember that I promise you ,  I will explain it all to my sister. so we all can finally put it behind us and move on now please stop crying
Sarah said to her as she pats  Elizabeth back gently

Elizabeth took sometime to control herself and calm her nerves she then removed her self from the warm embrace and tried  to used her hands to wipe off her tears

Jude chike immediately gave her an handkerchief while he looked down at her and  smiled gently saying

Here , used this and stop crying ok Jude said to the girl whoom he had come to know is the reason for his daughter bruised heart ......
