Shane Rennicks POV

I buttoned up my freshly pressed shirt and looked in the mirror. No one was home mom and Shanil had gone out to eat. Its been weeks since I last saw my baby girl. After the accident she went to stay with her grandma in Portland, another parish in Jamaica. Today was our 1 year anniversary, yes we've been keeping this relationship low key for quite a time.

I picked up the gift bag and strutted down the stairs and out the house. I cant believe so much has been going on in my life since the summer well not my life, Shanil's . The car horn blow , that's probably my Uncle Steve, he was taking me to the restaurant and Renae would meet me there. 

I got in the car has my Uncle start complaining about how long I took to get to the car. Like you guys know I only took a couple seconds not even minutes and he's bickering. Old people in Jamaica just miserable and always bickering. I hissed my teeth, worst thing ever, should've kept my expressions to myself. 

"Don't renk yuh little self with me youth, just cause yu soon turn 18 yah give pure attitude.,"he said,"Sean dem nah beat unu claat."

I laughed at the  last part now which parent beats there 17 year old soon to be 18  child like Uncle need to chill. He need to like sit down, he's like the best uncle but anytime he's stressed he talks utter foolishness. 

"What happening now Uncle??" I asked him. 

"Mi seh Shane, anytime yu get a job or bigger and can manage yuself don't chat to nuh sketel turn uptown gyal, nothing but bitch. After mi gi the one Michelle 50K fi Cidney graduation right plus mi buy Cidney a s6 fi har graduation gift. Shi just call mi bout Cidney never finish pay off har graduation package.??This woman think mi have money pon tree and to things Cidney appear a my yard gate this morning seh shi nuh eat nothing from Thursday, tell mi now yu wouldnt stress." he said switching lanes. I shook my head, Michelle was his babymama of course and Cidney was their 13 year old daughter. I never was a fan of Michelle, she's always behaving like shes superior to other when the bitch look like some shrivel up vegetable. Tuff (tough) like some old beef bone. 

"Maybe you need to talk to Mummy about keeping her for awhile till you know whats going on,"I sugested,"plus Shanil would love the girl company." 

He shook his head telling me my idea was a good one. We finally reached to the restaurant. i waved him good bye. I walked in the restaurant seeing the host at her desk."Table for 2 please." I said she showed me over to a table near to the kitchen. I texted Nae telling her I was in the restaurant.

"My girlfriend is suppose to come, so could you show her here when she comes, her names Renae Sutton,"she shook her head. I just started to play Candy Crush on my phone, I cant seem to pass Level 33, I get really frustrated at times. I felt someone tap me on my shoulder I looked to see that it was Renae. I looked down at her tiny frame, we had on the same colour clothing as always, we just always matching. She was standing taller than her normal 4'11 and still she had to look up to me. Haha. Short ass. Well let our dinner begin.

Renae Sutton POV

"Oh please Shane, Portland isn't has bad has your making it", I said laughing. He been roasting me from night. Like I don't know why he won't stop pressuring me.

"I'm surprised your not in water boots instead of heels,"he joked," after all  you had to conquer all them bushes." I rolled my eyes trying not to laugh, but instead I had to smile just studying his whole  demeanor,just hot and sexy. I felt my panties getting wet just staring at him. I bit my lips, I was so into having an orgasm I didn't notice that  Shane was calling me. Struggles of being with a cute boy.

Shane is everything I could asked for he's so warmhearted loving and at the same time charming. Of course I question why he chose me to be his girlfriend cause I'm dark-skinned. Yes, even in Jamaica we have those issues. Black(dark-skinned) is associated with ugly, that's why I question Shane's loyalty. But everyday he seems to disappoint the other people who thinks he's a player and amaze me.

He was now playing with his utensils while cutting up his ribs, I swear being with him is like being around my baby cousins. He looked over at me and laugh. I giggled too but in seconds I was crying. I know your saying, I'm doing the most now, but haven't you seen the lot of bullshit I've been going through recently. And this boy besides me he has stood by me through it all I'm so grateful for that and when his times of trials come I'll stick beside him too. I felt his strong arms caress my body. He just comforted me. Gladly, there wasn't a lot of people in the restaurant just 2 other who were minding there business.

"Ohmagawd Girl you are ruining your makeup, we don't need that hunty,"Shane said in an American ratchet girl voice. I couldn't help but to laugh which he always know how to. It was now time to leave the restaurant. I stretched just to get ready for the walk out. I so wanted to go to Devon House for ice-cream and being that I get what I want Shane was gonna take me there.

"Babe your not going to tell me whats in the bag," all evening Shane been carrying around his school bag like gold was in it. He shook his head no and hold onto the straps even tighter. He was about to leave it on the bench when he remembered and took it up. I took off my heels and put on my Bridgett sandals instead because my feet began to hurt. He came back with my ice-cream and he had a shake. I gave him some of my ice cream but he just took one lick cause he claimed he was on a "diet". HE later called me a fatty for eating ice cream like he's doing the most right now. Its us against the world team Shanae.

We walked around the park I guess and at times we would stop and having our heated make outs. By the time  we were leaving he began crying about his neck hurting , it ain't my fault your tall and he can't blame my fine short ass.Oh these are the things I enjoy the most.

New chapter. Im so pumped. Aww I love Shanae. LOwkey my fave character is Zayn and Renae not that I dont love Shanil or Shane but lawd I love those 2.

Nicki coming to Florida tomorrow and I ain't seeing her like mgee why this happening to me.
