Pacing through the never ending aisle. Cold, dark and trapped. A nightmare just began. It seemed as if we were never going to get out. Thoughts appeared into my head ' did they plan this ?' 'what do they want?' ' will we ever get out ?'.
My heart began to race faster than ever before. A feeling of terror shook me.
" how we going to get out of here ... Plan ?" Martha trembled.
" not really sure ... But we WILL get out of this trap or whatever it is , I promise you" I replied, smiling at Martha.
A few minutes passed, we were still walking trying to find a secret passage or an exit. Suddenly I noticed a door.
" Look ! Right over there ... I see a door!" I said happily pointing the way to the door.
" it has no sign... Where does it go ?" Martha suspiciously replied.
" not sure ... Let's find out " I said, clutching the handle tight. I opened the door. Inside were multiple doors, each with no sign. It was like a puzzle.
Martha gasped " Is... This p-part of the riddle?". I looked at her wide eyed and terrified of what was in store for us.
Without a thought, we stepped inside the door leading to many doors. Confused and scared, I whispered to Martha " do you think someone else is here... Traps are usually like that".
And within a second after I spoke, a glass fell from above height and smashed into pieces in front of our feet.
Me and Martha gasped with no words. I wanted to scream and run away from this but there was nowhere to go. We were trapped.
