Sujal has divided time between the R&G group and his business from the last six months. There is a big contract for which he is working and that will be the last project for his old family. He has involved himself in work and doesn't want to remember Naina. But knows that it's not true as she is always there, to help him or when needed support. Alekh had informed him a few times about Naina's well being but can feel his frustration with him and protectiveness for her. He was at his desk working, opened a drawer to get a file but froze for a few seconds when saw an envelope.

Sujal brings it out to see its contents. He opened the letter which was inside, to read it again and feel her pain.

Naina : "Mr. Grewal, Thanks for listening to my story. I can understand how difficult it would be for you after knowing the whole truth about me and Rajveer Sir. I don't want to put you again in that position, so, we may not meet again. Please don't feel guilty for avoiding me as I can guess it's reason. Also, sharing Rajveer Sir's photo, if you may want to see how you look like him.

P.S. Main signed cheque de rahi hu jo amount aapne us din room kae liye diya tha".

He takes out the picture to see him again as is still not believing how two people can be so similar. They may have the same face but are different. Rajveer was a brave, selfless and humble person but he is a cowardly, possessive and dominating man. Still, few things are the same as protecting loved ones and doing anything for them without thinking. Sujal caressed the letter and carefully folded it back. He thought how mature Naina is as didn't even blame him for his behaviour and shared the photo without asking. He was feeling ashamed as didn't have the guts to see her. Still, she not only completed her work but also understood what he was feeling. He didn't cash the cheque as how will do that, to take money from her whom he lost because of his stupidity.

Sujal placed back the envelope in the drawer while remembering his eagerness when Mr. Bhandari gave this letter to him months ago. It was delivered to his office and he brought it along with important letters but didn't know that it was the most important one. So, Sujal didn't even glance at rest and impatiently tore its seal to read it. He was so engrossed that missed to see Mr. Bhandari's strange reaction who as have not seen him like this before. So, understand it's time to leave his office quietly. Sujal felt something pierced his heart when read it first time. He only wants to apologise and ask for a chance.

Both families can see that Sujal has become more quiet and doesn't talk unless someone asks a question. Sujal's parents, Lalit, Piyush and Rishi are scared for him while Vasu wants Sujal to focus on business and Kashish is happy that Naina has left him. He is alone and may start liking her back. She is with Piyush but since Sujal is back, realised how much missed him. But this Naina is taking him away from her which she won't allow.

Sujal closed the drawer and walked towards the big window. He can see people smiling or chatting, vehicles on the road and snow covered hills but is not interested in any of this. His mind is taking him back to that day when Naina went away and his response to it. How much helpless and lost he felt like nothing is there in this world. His hands clung to trouser pockets tightly when recall his mother's words.

Sujal's Mother : "Sujal, sambhal khud ko. Tu toh tabh bhi aisa toota nahi tha jab Kashish aur Piyush ki shaadi hui thi".

Sujal : "Mumma, us din ka dard aaj bahut chota lag raha hain. (whimpering) Aaj mujhe itna bara contract mila par abh koi khushi nahi hain. Maine usko avoid kiya us din kae baad aur woh wait kar rahi hogi ki main kuch bolu. Par main itna stupid hu ki samajh nahi aaya kya kahu usko ki bura na lage.

Mere saath hi aise kyu hota hain. Meri shakal Rajveer jaisi hain toh main kya karu. I want her. I need her".

Sujal's Mother (rubbed his back) : "Tu usse pyaar karta hain na"
