I've decided to upload the remaining chapters as soon as possible because my semester-end exams start on the 18th. After that, I need to focus on preparing for CAT, GMAT, and other competitive exams, so I won't be posting regularly after mid-October.

Author's POV

The sun cast a warm glow over the beachfront resort's dining area, where the aroma of fresh coffee mingled with the laughter of close family and friends. Everyone had gathered for breakfast-their parents, Shubman's cricket buddies, and of course, Ishaan, who seemed to be in particularly high spirits, ready to pull his favorite target's leg.

Shubman and Anaya walked in, hand-in-hand, faces still glowing from the events of the previous night. As they sat down, Shubman noticed that the usual buzz of conversation had quieted, and everyone was looking at them with grins.

Anaya's dad cleared his throat, a mischievous twinkle in his eyes. "Shubman beta, aur Anaya, humein ek khushkhabri hai."

(Translation: Shubman, son, and Anaya, we have some good news.)

Shubman raised an eyebrow. "Ab kis cheez ka surprise hai?"

(Translation: What's the surprise now?)

Anaya's mom, unable to contain her excitement, chimed in. "Panditji ka video call aane wala hai, shaadi ki dates ke liye!"

(Translation: The priest is about to video call us to give the wedding dates!)

The entire room erupted in whoops and cheers, with Virat thumping the table. "Oh ho, ab asli game shuru!"

(Translation: Oh ho, now the real game begins!)

Rohit leaned in, grinning slyly. "Shubman bhai, ab tumhare Sixes nahi, dates ginne ka time hai."

(Translation: Shubman, bro, now it's time to count dates, not sixes.)

Anaya blushed, glancing at Shubman. The mention of their wedding date suddenly made the moment feel even more real.

Shubman's mother leaned in with a teasing grin. "Lagta hai hamare Shubman ka patience test hone wala hai."
