Annie lost her parents when she was 17 and she was alone ever since. She's a shy girl who always had trouble making friends, so when the only friend she had in college died by burning in a ceiling and she found out about the supernatural world, she felt like she finally had a calling: become a hunter. So she joined Sam and Dean. She just didn't expect to fall in love with one of them.
