●DIYA 

I was in the kitchen cooking for my pehli rasoi when Siddhant came downstairs and I remembered what happened in the morning.

Flashback

When I woke up I was in my side of the bed which is normal what I didn't expect was Siddhant was in my side too. His one hand was wrapped around my waist and one leg was above my legs. I didnt know he used to move in sleep. I mean how would i know but surely i didn't expect it.I slowly moved away from him and took a shower. I changed and he was still asleep he is a heavy sleeper I thought.

Raghav was teasing Sid everytime he got a chance. After the food was ready house help came and served it to us I was sitting beside Sid while Raghav was on the other side of Sid opposite to Anu and he was secretly looking at Anu. Woah! wasn't something going on between  Anu and bhaiya. So where did the angle of Raghav came from, this is confusing. My chain of thoughts broke when everyone started praising the food except ofcourse my husband . I thanked them. After we finished eating they gave me gift while Sid just stood up and left. Well that was rude and embarrassing.

Everyone settled in the living room and Sid came after a while. He walked towards me and handed a box saying it was my gift I opened it and it was a beautiful anklet. I wishpered him a thanks which maybe he didn't hear and after maa informed me about the functions I left for my room. Behind me Sid entered the room too. I thought I should thank him as he didn't hear me but what he said next shocked me. I mean I thought everything was good between us and he just needed some time but when he said he bought the gift just so nobody would suspect anything I was  confused. After deciding to give him some more time to adjust I started preparing for muh dhikhai which went well.

And then it was our reception also I was too tired. I again changed from the previous saree to a new one but while I was doing so Sid entered the room. As soon as he saw me he wishpered sorry and closed the door I covered myself and opened the door for him. He was there to change I offered him the room to change while I changed in the closet. But the blouse was giving my headache.  So I thought I would wear saree first and then tie the blouse.I wore the saree tried to tie the blouse again but it got tangled it wasn't even coming off. So decided to do my hair and makeup. I left the hair open and again tried to tie the lace of blouse.

Then i gave up as I tangled the lace even more i thought to ask for help from Anu but Sid told they had already gone to the venue. I tried again for 15 minutes straight and i still couldn't do it. At this point i felt like crying. Till this time Sid had already called me 3 time to get out because we were getting late. He shouted again and after some time he literally brust open the door and came inside. Finally giving up I accepted his help I turned around and he started helping me with my blouse. While he was detangling them his hands were brushing through my skin and I was getting nervous only I know how I controlled my nervousness as his hands brushed against my back every once in a while.

After he was done we left for the venue but I remembered I had forgotten to wear payal so I returned back. Two anklets were kept together one which mumma gave me and one that Sid gave me. Remembering his words this morning I took the one mumma gave me in the wedding. I was wearing the anklet sitting in the car when I saw Sid glance at my anklet but soon he focused on driving. After sometime we reached to the venue.

Everyone came and congratulated us. I met Mumma Papa and was talking to them when Raghav went to the stage and took the microphone. "Ladies and gentlemen since we have all gathered to celebrate and congratulate the beautiful couple let's make the party more entertaining with some romantic dance." He announced on the mic and romantic songs started to play everyone was dancing with their partner. This time Papa( Sids' dad) went to the stage. "Ladies and gentlemen please welcome the gorgeous couple Siddhant and Diya in the stage" he announced. Raghav pushed Siddhant towards me. He offered his hand and I accepted it its our reception afterall.  He took me towards the stage.
