           After the call with Y/N, he assigned his right hand men to look for a place for her to stay, one that was close to the N109 Zone. He had his eyes on her, ever since he found out about the protocore inside her. Long before she even got to know about it. The two men, Luke and Kieran were already at a large hotel, one close to the outskirts of Linkon city. They both looked identical to one another, one of them paced back and forth while the other sat on the steps, occasionally throwing a tennis ball and catching it when it bounced back.

The one on the steps caught the ball and looked at his brother.

"Any idea why boss is really set on this person living close to the N109 Zone?." Kieran asked turning his gaze to his brother that sat on the steps.

"Who knows maybe he just really likes them?." The twin answered.

Kieran rolled his eyes at his brother's sarcastic response.
"Yeah, I'm sure that's it. Boss just suddenly became enamored with a girl and decided he wants her close by. It definitely has nothing to do with a  protocore or anything else of importance..."

Luke snickered as he continued bouncing the ball off the ground, "Maybe he's got a thing for red heads?"

Kieran shook his head, "Yeah, that's probably it.  Never mind the fact that this is the same guy who goes through women like they're tissues. Definitely nothing shady going on here."

Luke held himself from laughing, he brought his hand to his mouth, easing the laughter that bubbled in him. He couldn't understand why his brother was so upset with the boss's decision. He once again bounced the ball.

"I don't understand why you're so upset though...or do you like older women now?." He asked smirking at Kieran's direction.

The twin shot his brother a sharp glare, the annoyance was clear on his face. "What the hell are you talking about? I'm not upset, I just don't trust the boss's motives."

Luke chuckled, enjoying the way his brother reacted to the situation.

"You sure about that?," He stood from the steps and walked to his brother, draping his arm over his shoulder.

"Cause you've been grumbling and complaining ever since the boss gave us this assignment. Are you sure you're not just jelly?."

Kieran huffed. Irritated by his brother's persistence.

"Shut up. I'm not jealous. I'm just...concerned," he paused.

"It's not like the boss to have this kind of interest in someone, especially not to the point where he has us look for a place for her to stay, a place close to the N109 Zone."
          
"Maybe it's a silver lining?." Luke asked with a shrug.

"Silver lining with the boss of onychinus...I'd like to see that dream become a reality."

There was a short silence before the they wore earpiece came to life.

"If you two are done, goofing around you'd pay attention to what you were assigned to."

Luke and Kieran shared a glance before putting on a serious look on their face.

"Yes Boss."

"Sorry Boss." The deep voice hummed through the comms.

"Any sign of mephisto?."

Luke scanned the area in search of the red eyed bird, but nothing was in sight."Negative Boss, no sign of the bird."

"Rest assured, we're keeping a close eye out for them." Kieran backed up his brother.
