Yoo Joonghyuk dashed towards the hulking beast, dodging gouts of freezing breath as he carved a path through the chamber. The dragon's icy heads swiveled, their red eyes glowing with malevolent intent. With a thunderous roar, the creature lunged, jaws wide, fangs dripping with frigid saliva.

Joonghyuk's sword sliced through the frigid air, cleaving chunks of frost from the cavern walls. Each blow rang out like a challenge, a defiant roar that echoed off the ancient stone.
The dragon's reply was immediate and brutal – a maelstrom of biting cold and razor-sharp claws. Yoo Joonghyuk dodged and weaved, his movements a blur of muscle and agility. Through the freezing haze, Kim Dokja stood firm, his slender frame a stark contrast to Joonghyuk's rugged strength.

He couldn't deny the fact that he was worried, his esper must be tired, after all he suffered a serious injury that Dokja healed just minutes ago. However, they don't have the luxury to rest, not when humanity hangs from a thin thread. The only thing he could do right now is boost Yoo Joonghyuk attacks to make it easier for him to fight against the dragon.

Kim Dokja closed his eyes, his Guide sense thrummed in harmony with Joonghyuk's physical prowess, amplifying each strike and parry. Together, they forged a symphony of steel and sorcery, their bond growing stronger with every clash. Ice and fire collided in a blinding storm, their contest a dance of deadly beauty. Yet even as the dragon's jaws gnashed and its wings threatened to crush them, Joonghyuk and Dokja pressed on, undaunted by the frozen behemoth before them.

"Show me your true form, human!" the dragon bellowed, its crystalline eyes gleaming with an unsettling intelligence. "Unleash the power that lurks within you, let it consume you entirely!"

"No... I won't become a monster again," Joonghyuk gritted out between clenched teeth, his knuckles white as he gripped his sword tighter. The echoes of his past, the screams of his fallen sister, flooded his mind, a bitter reminder of the horrors he had unleashed.

With Dokja's steady presence serving as a counterbalance, Joonghyuk fought to maintain control, his bravery never wavering despite the fear that gnawed at his soul.

Undeterred by Yoo Joonghyuk's resolve, the dragon's voice echoed through the chamber once more, its chilling tone amplifying the frozen air. "Foolish mortal, there is no triumph for you here. Your blade may flash in the dim light, but against my elemental might, it is but a mere icicle poised to shatter!"

The dragon lunged forward, an encroaching wall of solidified frost intent on engulfing its opponents. Joonghyuk danced back, sidestepping the creature's crushing grip with a speed born of desperation. Kim Dokja called upon his energies, crafting a shielding barrier just in time to deflect the force of the collision.

As the battle raged on, the echoes of the past intensified, tormenting the Yoo Joonghyuk with visions of the pain he had caused. His movements grew erratic, his thoughts consumed by the weight of his past mistakes. Kim Dokja's gaze never left his companion, worried etched on his face like never before.

Concern etched itself across Dokja's fine-boned features as he watched Joonghyuk's unpredictable assault on the dragon. With a tightening of his grasp on his magical energies, Dokja called out in a strained voice, "Joonghyuk! Please, hold back! We need to work together if we're going to win this!"

Despite the warning, Yoo Joonghyuk continued to press the attack with wild abandon, his dark eyes flashing with a barely contained fury. The sound of his footsteps thundered against the stone floor as he charged headlong into the dragon's defensive posture, sword clashing in a maelstrom of metal and ice. Kim Dokja's anxious gaze remained fixed on his companion, a deep concern brewing in his chest as he feared the consequences of Joonghyuk's reckless behavior.
