—Cameraman_1289 POV's—
I swept the metal tile floors near the tank. Recently I had been moved to the MicrophoneMen's base to help in preparations regarding the war. I stared at the unmoving dark blue waters, recalling the last incident. The last incident included a Cameraman getting bitten into half, he's still getting his legs. I shuddered. This job is dangerous...but boost up your rankings by more than average. The water rippled and burst. I released an alarmed beep as someone tackled me down to the side. SNAP! A bone-shattering creak along with a heavy splash and then silence. My mechanical heart heaved to my panicked systems, close call.
"You okay?" A Cameraman, all black, gave me a hand. Oh crap. It's General Plunger.
I beeped in a 'yes' and took his hand. I then gave him a thumbs up. Plunger returned my thumbs up and gave the pool a frown. "Their Titan cost me a lot of good men. I really—"
"Have you found Maisie Seers?" My own voice, well not my own voice, commanded General Plunger. He winced and stared at me. My own lens, with the symbol of a blue eye, was reflected in his dark lens.
"No. Not yet Chief." Plunger bowed at me. I felt cold. Hardly anyone has seen the Cameramen Chief, he has no need for messengers...he can just speak through us.
"Find her immediately. I have concerns for her." I said before my muscles relaxed from the sudden stiffness. I blinked in pure confusion and gave the General a look of terror. He merely sighed.
"Stay away from the pool okay Cameraman_1289?" He said before he turned.
BEEP BEEP! My tablet went along with his. Together we opened it up and read the emergency broadcast.
"Oh no." General said.
Emergency Broadcast: Titan Speakerman has been infected! Beware!
—Maisie's POV—
Simon flapped his wings and landed on my right shoulder, his face looked stern. "Because you are in danger."
I stared at him, "Uh I figured that out already."
"No like really really reallllyyyy in danger!" Rizal complained. "You got to go to Russia for a while."
I laughed and picked both of them gently up, "Yeah. HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSE TO GET TO RUSSIA?!?!" I yelled at them, hoping to kick some common sense into their tiny heads. "I AM IN BLOODY AMERICA AND RUSSIA IS A WHOLE CONTINENT AWAY!!!"
"Mmmmmmaaaaaaaaiiiiiiiiisssssssiiiiieeeeeeeeeee...." Someone called, the room's temperature dropped even more. Ice started to flake over the walls and furniture.
"Oh sssssssssshit." Rizal cursed, "We gotta go. NOW!"
Dropping them on my shoulders I opened the door, a chill of dry cold air hit me. Some snowflakes scattered into my eyes, I squeezed them shut and opened them...
To see Swift.
I jolted back, attempting to make an excuse for the two tiny men. But...Swift was not moving. His ribs not heaving.... Oh my god. I gasped in horror. Swift had been frozen solid. The lights were flickering, a scraping noise echoed on the walls. I glanced behind the door trembling hard.
The hallways were coated in the deepest blue ice. Stalking towards me was a man, his hands scraping loudly against the ice. He seemed to wear a spiky tall crown made of ice and produced...binary code? Coding? His neon blue eyes flashed against the coat of darkness. Oh dang. I looked the other way and saw nothing but an endless tunnel of void. Two neon yellow eyes glared from the dark, a barely visible silhouette was heading towards me.
