It's been weeks since I learned of her identity as a royal and I've broke up my promise to myself that I'll let her reveal her true identity to me. I've been trying to unravel the secrets regarding her birth and her family but surprisingly I found none. I only found basic information like who's her mother, father, when was her birthday, or where did she study. I couldn't find the information I wanted the most. Which made me fell into a slump.

In that whole week I didn't just stay in my room cooped up. I sometimes take her out on a date try to ask her some personal questions but it came to no avail since she always avoids it like a pro. I was starting to get so frustrated about our setup and how I can't have any access to her life while I knew she has access to mine.

"So how do you think about the plan, Ms. Huxier?" Suddenly a soft voice interrupted me. The woman in front of me was the one and only engineer that Theo recommended— Raine Zaragosa. Unlike how she behaved at the party she was more professional looking and a bit stunning. She has the angelic voice but she's definitely not my type.

"I believe in your judgement. Theo recommended you here so how much is the contract fee for you? Or would you rather be one of the shareholders here?" I asked her trying to tempt her. She has the talent which I could need and Theo mentioned about her being in love with me I might as well take advantage of that.

"Normally it would cost about 10 million dollars. But since you offered that I become one of the shareholders then how about I give you a discount of 80%." I was amused. So, she's not letting me off the hook huh? Pretty clever.

"Deal." I saw her smile as I closed off the deal. I was about to get out of the restaurant when I spotted Ria in the café across us.

"Pardon me, I have to go somewhere else." She chuckled as if she was already expecting that which made me give her a questioning look.

"I'm sorry if I offended you somehow. It just amuses me that you're always busy every time we meet. That I feel like I'm used to it."

I gave her a shrug at her words. I didn't even know that was how I look in other's point of view.

"Let's meet again for a tea when my schedules are cleared up. I'll inform your fiancé to lend me to you." I told her as I exited and gets to where Ria is. As I was walking, I couldn't ignore the sense of unfamiliarity in her actions but I decided to ignore it. As I get behind her, I tried to hug her expecting her to notice my presence before I do so but strangely, she didn't react but I did saw her flinch.

"Ria... I missed you." I told her off expecting not expecting to receive a reply like she always does but I was once again surprised when she did.

"Raven... I- I missed you too." She replied. I could feel her stuttering a bit but I paid no attention to this thinking maybe she had a bad day.

"So, what are you doing here?"

"I was just wondering around." She replied with a hint of sadness in her voice.

"Did you have an unpleasant day?"

"Kind of."

"You should've told me. I could always make time for you and go to your house. You don't have to be alone and figure out your feelings by yourself. I'm your friend before I am your admirer." She smiled at what I said. Seemingly as if those were the words she always wished to hear.

"So how about going on an aquarium date with me? I heard there is an aquarium nearby here. You always liked sharks and jellyfish, don't you?" I tried to ask her out to somehow lift her gloomy mood in which she agreed to. It didn't pass my mind how she was alone and why none of her guards was with her.
