Maxx walked out of the bathroom about twenty minutes after Cody left the room. "Who was at the door?"
"It was Cody." He just stared at me for a couple of seconds. "No it wasn't because with whoever it was you had a short normal conversation with, and there was not an argument at all." I rolled my eyes at him.
"Yes it was, and don't ask what happened and why we didn't argue because I don't know."
"What did he want then." He said looking back up at me from his phone. "He wanted you to text him when you were done showering and getting ready." He nodded and then went back on his phone to text Cody most likely.
I still didn't know how me and Cody had a normal conversation this morning. I don't know it was just that he was in a good mood or I honestly don't even know what else it could be.
"Cody said to meet them downstairs and then we can go get on the bus." I almost didn't hear what he said because I was so deep in though. "Okay."
"What were you thinking about." I don't even know what really to say back because I don't know how he would react to that. "Nothing."
"Whatever you say." I just left it at that and picked up my stuff and headed to the door.
Once we were downstairs Cody was busy talking on the phone, so I've currently made it all morning without Cody messing with me. I don't think that this is going to last much longer honestly, I just have to wait for the day to be half over and Cody to get mad at me about something.
Today was just the day where they get everything ready so I was most likely going to be with them all day. We were currently waiting to find out where we were supposed to be going.
We eventually found out and made our way to our bus. We all got on the bus and basically the first thing we all did was pick our bunks. I picked a top on the left side, luckily nobody caught about everything and it all worked.
I decided to walk around for awhile and maybe call Jacob so that's what I did. I tried to call Jacob twice but he didn't pick up. I know he doesn't work today because he never works on Mondays, so I don't know why he's not answering. Maybe I'm just overthinking this, I'll just try to call him again later.
I got back on the bus and nobody was on the bus except for Cody. Luckily he was sleeping so I wouldn't be on a bus alone with Cody until someone gets back.
I went to the back lounge and sat down in there. I decided to just watch some YouTube videos to pass the time because I had nothing better to do.
I also rechecked the list of bands that was on this year so I could see which ones I wanted to see in whatever free time. If the way me and Cody talked this morning stays the whole way this summer, it could be a good summer.
The only thing that could bother me is Jacob. I'm not home so I can't go see what's going on and why he's not answering his phone. All I can do is try to call and text him, I just don't know what else to do about it.
There I go again overthinking everything and worrying about it. I wish I didn't do that everything would be so much easier.
It's now almost eight at night and I still haven't heard back from Jacob and he's still not answering anything. I wish I was home right now. This is the only reason I regret coming. Cody hasn't even said a word to me all day, so he's not currently a reason to regret coming.
Maybe I should just call him again and see if he answers this time. Yeah I'll just do that. I pick up my phone and call him.
He doesn't answer again. I slump down on the couch in frustration. I feel like crying, I hair don't know what to do. I shouldn't be this worried about this, it's probably nothing he's just really busy.
I feel like just going to bed, I have nothing else to do and my head hurts now. I just need to know what's going on. I could ask Maddie and ask her if she knows what's going on. I'll just text and see if she knows anything.
Alex: do you know what Jacob has been doing all day??
Maddie: no why ?
Alex: because he's not answering anything and hasn't been all day
Maddie: Call me
She picked up on the second ring.
"So what's going on with Jacob." I sighed. "He's not answering anything and he hasn't been all day."
"What do you think is going on."
"I really don't know." I felt like crying again this wasn't normal. No matter what was going, we always talked at least once a day. He also almost always answered, there just wasn't something right. I don't know what it is but it has to do with whatever has been off for the last couple of weeks and I don't know what it is.
"Well I guess if he's not answering by tomorrow, I'll go to his house and see what's going on." I sighed "Okay I guess we can do that."
"Just make sure to talk to me if it's still going tomorrow."
"Okay." I hung up the phone and just sat and stared at the wall.
I'm tired and I have nothing to do so maybe I should just go to bed. I get into by bunk and surprisingly fall asleep very fast.
I wake up the next morning to someone shaking me awake. It was Maxx. "You need to get up."
"Okay I will." I said as I rolled over and faced him. "No you need to like right now you have about twenty minutes and you still need to help set up the tent. "I'll be ready."
"Okay you better be I'll come back and get you in about ten minutes." I nodded and found my phone then got out of my bunk.
I had texts from three different people, but none of them were Jacob. I didn't need have time right now to check it I'll do it tonight, or whenever I get a chance to.
I get ready in probably the fastest amount of time that I've ever gotten ready in. It was only about six minutes, I don't know how I did it but I did.
I got of my stuff and waited for Maxx to come get me, because I had absolutely no idea where I was going.
Soon someone came on the bus but it wasn't Maxx, it was Cody. "Are you ready to go." Why is he just talking to me like its normal and we always do it.
"Yeah I guess."
We walked all the way to the tent in silence. Maxx probably sent him because we got along yesterday so he thinks that we're going to today, and he wanted to see what would happen. I just need to not do anything stupid like accidentally trip him again and maybe we can get along the whole tour.
No one else was at the tent, they were all doing whatever other stuff they had to do so I was actually stuck there with Cody. I didn't mind though because for once we were actually getting along.
We got it all put together without any arguing pretty fast. Once everything was ready Cody left and now I just had to wait until they started to let people in.
They day went really good and I haven't saw Cody since this morning. The day was over so everything was being taken down. I could've gone back to the bus by now, but it was so fascinating to see it all be taken down, and see it out back up the next day.
I went back to the bus and actually just went to bed. I was really tired and I actually wanted to get up on time. I also forgot all about the text messages and just fell asleep.
------------------
I don't know what to say but yeah her and Cody aren't arguing very much. Also everyone is leaving them alone together to see what happens.I can't really say anything about the texts without ruining anything so I'm not going to. Anyways thank you for reading.
