I looked at my phone, it was Cody. I really don't know what he wanted but I could at least talk to him. I trust him more than anyone besides my dad and Maxx which I though I would never say.

Cody: what are you doing today

Alex: trying to figure things out

Cody: well if you want to we can go do something to keep your mind off of all of it

Alex: sure

Cody: okay then I'll come get you

Alex: okay

I decided to actually get dressed so I did. But as soon as I was done I started to cry again. So I just sat back down on my bed and cried. Cody got there about ten minutes later and I had to go downstairs to actually answer the door and let him in.

I went downstairs and I honestly wish I would've just said no but I also want someone to talk to.

As soon as I answered the door Cody already had a concerned look on his face. It was probably about how long it took me to answer the door and the fact that I was crying.

"Whats going on." I didn't even say anything I just started crying harder. Cody walked in and closed the door, then hugged me. "My mom wants me to move out and she wants me gone by Saturday and I have literally no where to go." I don't even know where my mom was at right now, and I honestly didn't care at the moment. Cody didn't say anything for a couple of minutes he just held me.

"You probably wouldn't want to but since you have literally no where to go and I have an extra room you can come stay with me." I really didn't even think of that and he was the only person that I'm close enough to to move in with. I guess we did hate each other two months ago but in the two months we somehow got really close.

"I guess I could do that." He actually looked kind of surprised but I had no where else to go. "I don't have that much just the stuff in my room and I think she wants everything gone."

"Okay we can do that but let's just start tomorrow enough already happened today." I'm glad that he said that because I really didn't want to start moving stuff today. "Okay that sounds good."

We ended up just going up to my room and talking about random things until Cody got a text.

"It's Maxx asking me if you could move in with me." Once Cody asked me if I wanted to move in with him it kind of clicked in my head that that's probably who Maxx was talking about. "What did you tell him."

"That you already are." He said with a small laugh with caused me to laugh. "What is even funny." I said because we. had both just bursted out in laughter. "I don't even really know." Cody said while still laughing.

That was soon over when my mom walked in the room. "What's he doing here." Cody looked at me. "Well since your kicking me out I'm moving in with him."

"Wow you really were cheating on Jacob weren't you, you slut." I wasn't expecting that and I also remembered that she was probably just here to get hers and dads stuff so they can leave. "It doesn't even mean anything, I'm moving in with him because I have no where else to go." She didn't even say anything she just slammed the door and left. I surprisingly didn't start to cry. I also knew that I didn't want to stay here tonight, even if she wasn't going to be here.

I really didn't like the fact of sleeping in a house alone. I honestly don't even know how I would live alone, so I'm kind of happy that I'm moving in with Cody.

"They're leaving aren't they." I just nodded.

"Well if you want to I can stay here with you or we can go to my house." I looked back over at him. "I guess we could just stay here."

"That sounds good to me I don't really feel like driving home anyways." I laughed at him. "Hey I really don't.

We somehow eventually fell asleep. When I woke up I was in Codys arms. I then remembered that I ended up breaking down at some point last night and couldn't sleep so Cody came to bed with me. I also felt really safe in his arms, which was strange but I kind of liked it.

I didn't want to wake Cody up, but I really had to go pee. I decided that I wasn't going to wake him up, and instead just unwrapped his arms from around my body. I somehow managed to not wake him up and went to the bathroom.

"Good morning." Cody said causing me to jump because he was still asleep when I left the room. "Good morning, and thanks for scaring me." I said before going over to my closet to find clothes to wear.

"Sorry about that." He said laughing. It was still so weird actually being friends with Cody, but I kind of liked it. "You should be." I said trying not to smile.

We eventually were both ready and ate then it was time to start packing stuff. Well it didn't take Cody long to get ready because he really didn't have to do anything because he didn't have anything with him.

"Okay there are boxes in the basement but you have to go get them." I said once I was done cleaning the dishes that we had used. "Why won't you go get them."

"Because that basement is very creepy and I haven't been down there since I was ten for that reason."

"Then you're definitely coming down there with me." There was no way that I was going down there. "No I'm not."

"How am I supposed to find the boxes in a basement that I've never been in before." I didn't know where they were actually at either I just knew that's where they would be. "I don't really know where they're at either, so you can go find them."

Before he even said anything he took my hand and basically pulled me to the basement door. "How are you going to get me down the stairs." I said smiling at him. "Like this." He said before opening the door and carrying me down the stairs.

It was just as creepy as I remembered and the boxes were in a corner in the back. "There over there." I said pointing to them and turning the light on. "Well then let's go get them." There was no way that I was going over there.

"I'm not going over there" I said shaking my head. "Fine, I'll just go get them." Cody said before walking over to get them. I also realized in that moment that it would leave me standing here by myself. Once Cody turned around, I basically ran back upstairs.

Cody came upstairs a couple of minutes later. "Did you turn the light off." I asked because whenever I would go down there when I still would, I would get yelled at because I would forget to turn the light off. "Yes, why did you even ask that." I didn't want to tell him why did. "No reason."

He didn't ask anymore questions, instead we went back upstairs to start packing some of my stuff. The first thing that we did was take all of the posters off of my walls. I only kept certain ones, the rest I threw away.

After that we packed all of my clothes and other things that weren't furniture. "I honestly didn't think I had that much stuff." I said before taking a bite of my sandwich. "I don't know how all that was in one room." Cody said laughing.

We took all of that stuff to Codys house. I've actually only been here once, and that was awhile ago. We went up to the room that would be my room and started to put all the boxes and bags down in there.

We ended up getting all of my stuff out in one day which was actually great.

Once we were done we were to tired to actually start putting things together and sorting stuff out. We ended up just turning on the tv to a random channel and watching whatever was on. I don't even know what it was.

I soon fell asleep for the second night in a row in Codys arms.
