Back in National City, Kara has been waiting down in Lena's lab for the past 10 minutes. As Kara has been waiting, she has been using her super hearing just to check on Lena, and see what she is doing. From this, Kara has simply heard that Lena has spent a little time with Morgan and Alura, before hearing upstairs to see Lori and speak with Elizabeth for a little while. Now though, Kara can hear that Lena is walking down the stairs into the lab. While Kara has been waiting, she did think about just turning on the yellow sun lamps herself, and starting her healing session, but the reality is that even though Kara has used yellow sun lamps multiple times now, at the DEO, at The Tower, and even here in Lena's lab, she has actually never turned them on herself. This is mostly because when she does use them someone else has always been there, turning them on for her, and maybe just forcing her to actually sunbathe under the yellow sun lamps in the first place. Anyway, because of this, Kara decided not to attempt to figure out how to work the yellow sun lamps herself, as she certainly does not want to break them, as that would be bad.

"Hey." Kara says, once she finally sees Lena enter the lab, "Are the girls okay?"

"Yeah. They are fine." Lena replies, "Come on. Let me get you set up under the yellow sun lamps."

"Okay." Kara nods.

Kara and Lena now walk over to the yellow sun lamps, and Lena soon begins to set them up, adjusting a few settings and things.

"Can you take off your Supergirl suit, please." Lena says, "So I can fix it while you are under the yellow sun lamps."

"Alright." Kara nods.

Kara now deactivates her Supergirl suit, and soon hands her glasses, which the nano tech of the suit is contained in, to Lena.

"Here." Kara says.

"Thank you." Lena nods, as she takes the glasses, not looking directly at Kara.

A few moments later, Lena finally finishes setting up the yellow sun lamps.

"Okay you can get under them now." Lena says, and now turns to look at her wife.

Now that Lena is looking at her wife, she finally sees that Kara's current clothes that she is wearing, are really badly damaged, with them missing bits of fabric here and there, and having clear burn marks all over them.

"Oh Rao.... Kara....." Lena says, growing a shocked look on her face, before that look soon turning into one of shame, realising she must have done that to Kara, "How did that happen?"

"It.... was probably when you shot at my Super suit with your heat vision. The suit got hot, even more me, and I started to sweat, and I never sweat. So, I imagine the heat of all of that may have just been too much for my regular clothes to withstand." Kara explains.

"Oh Kara..... I am so sorry.... I...... I'm so sorry....." Lena says, and now grows some tears in her eyes.

"Lena...." Kara says, and now attempts to take her wife in for a hug, but Lena simply backs away from Kara.

"No. I don't deserve your sympathy, Kara. I did this to you. This is my fault." Lena says.

"Lena...." Kara says, in a soft voice, "You were under the influence of red kryptonite. It's not your fault."

"That's bullshit!" Lena says, "You wouldn't annul all fault from someone who did bad things just because they were drunk while doing them would you?"

"No." Kara says, "But that is because drinking alcohol is different. Lena, I have had experience of being under the influence of red kryptonite, and you are aware of that. It's not like being drunk. It's a lot more potent. It brings out the very worst in you. It makes you think things are right, when they are not. It doesn't allow you to think clearly, and it just feeds on any rage or anger you have, and gives you this massive ego that makes you feel right, and better than anyone else in the world. That is not something alcohol does. It's not even close."
