Chapter 405 - Entering the Casino

Back in Las Vegas, Reign and her cult are now leaving their penthouse suite hotel room, with Reign now having discussed with Amelia and Candy about what they have found after scouting out the casinos for the last few hours. From this Reign has found that it seems that the most popular casino that Candy and Amelia had a look at is the Wynn casino, which is one of the many casinos on the strip. Reign thinks going to the busiest casino is probably ideal, as then it will be easier for them to just blend into the crowd and things, which is likely going to be even more of the case as they are all beautiful women. Reign hopes that they will just be looked at as beautiful women, not a group of women who are about to cheat to steal an absolute fortune from these Las Vegas casinos. Reign is thinking about this, because while it's not like Reign is planning for them to do some sort of heist, like in a bad movie, she does know that if they start to win a lot of money, that is when the casino bosses will take notice of them, and if they win too much money, they could even kick them out of the casino. So, Reign knows they need to play things carefully, wanting them to win a lot of money, but not too much so that a bunch of different eyes are drawn to them. After all, while Reign now does have her new look, and hopefully is less recognisable, she does think that Las Vegas casinos may be the perfect place for Leviathan to have various agents, as from Samantha Arias' mind Reign is aware that Las Vegas has a history of criminal enterprises, especially gangsters running and owning various casinos.

"Okay girls." Reign says, as they step into the elevator inside their hotel, with it taking them down towards the lobby, "We are going to need to be very careful about how we win this money, as we don't want one of us to win so much that the casino starts to get suspicious. Then, at the same time, I think it will be best for us not to all go in together. So, we will split up into 2 groups of three. With me will be Amelia and Carly. Then Candy you go with Lizbeth and Zara. Candy, I will be giving you about $50,000 which I want you to buy chips with, and give $5,000 each to Lizbeth and Zara. Lizbeth, Zara, with your chips, you can just play whatever and however you like, I don't care if you lose all the money. You are basically acting as the cover so it doesn't look like your trio is all coming in, cheating, and winning a bunch of money. Carly and Amelia will be doing the same as part of my group. Then, Candy, with the remaining money I want you to play both blackjack and poker. I will be standing off to the side, and I will give you signals as to when you should bet, or not. Make sure you don't win too much money at each table though. Keep it a maximum of $150,000 per table."

"Okay..... but...... how exactly are you going to know when we should bet or not?" Candy now asks, curiously.

"Yes, I have been wondering about that too." Zara admits, "You make it seem like this is a sure thing. I thought maybe you knew of a flaw in the slot systems that the casinos have, so you know when they are about to pay out or something. But poker and blackjack..... they are different."

"Yeah. Are you going to be counting cards or something?" Lizbeth now asks.

"Counting cards only works for blackjack, not poker." Carly says.

"Oh, I didn't know that." Lizbeth replies.

"So, how are you going to be doing this Reign?" Amelia now asks, "It's not that we don't trust you, but we just want to know."

Reign now looks at each of the women, who are looking at her with curious looks on their faces, obviously very much wondering how they are going to be able to successfully do all this. For now, Reign has decided not to tell these women about her powers or anything, because she knows she needs to play things carefully. The last thing Reign wants to happen is for her to reveal who she is, or at least what her powers are, and then for them to realise that she is Reign, the world killer, that has been fighting Supergirl in National City. Reign worries that while some of these girls may remain loyal to her, others might be too terrified of her, and what she can do, that they will run from her, whereas if she continues to bond with these women, and gain their loyalties, if they find out in the future, once they know her very well, they may not run from her. Therefore, Reign knows she needs to play this all carefully, and give the women an explanation for this, but without revealing who she truly is.
