Aurora sighed happily as she quickly changed and french braided her hair. About a week ago Hermione had somehow managed Harry and Ron to contact her and Aurora had managed to get permission to leave her room. Today was the day she could finally feel the fresh air again, even if it was only for a minute. She had miraculously convinced the minister to allow her to accompany the trio down to Hagrid's hut to wish the hippogriff goodbye. As sad as it was, she couldn't help but be excited. She was going to see Harry again, and go outside! She dressed nicely and gently clipped her necklace around her neck before happily skipping outside. She nodded at the two aurors by her door as she passed. They didn't even move. She slowed down slightly as students that were in the hallway immediatly silenced at her presense. They were scared of her now she realized with a pang. It hurt, but she shook it off and continued her way to the front gates where she would meet the trio. "Aurora!" Hermione called as soon as she came into view. Aurora smiled as they immediatly pulled her into a giant hug that rivaled Molly's. "I missed you guys too!" Aurora exclaimed happily. "You should have seen it! Hermione jus punched Draco in the face!" Ron exclaimed seemingly forgetting that Aurora was technically a teacher. Thankfully Aurora just burst out laughing and didn't even bother to give out a punishment. The trio smiled and together they made their way down to the hut of the half-giant.
