11. The Budding Jealousy

The next two days was full of happiness for the three of them. Dawne and Olee got to see and experience almost half the things in the city. Alexandra was living the best days of her life, spending her leave days with both of them. Dawne would always give her the loving look and make her blush continuously. Alexandra never got used to it but she was totally down for his magnetic charms. Olee was getting close to her so much as well..

In the morning, Dawne and Olee would be either sleeping or playing outside the house. Alexandra would play with them too, sometimes she would watch Dawne training and showing his skills. They both were captivated by each other and they both grew more attached.

She tried her best to make him experience the things on Earth, with the help of internet. She made him binge watch so many movies and series. She made him try so many foods, clothes and games and she was satisfied by the way he defined and enjoyed all of them while experiencing. She shared her past memories, her school, college and her job. She taught to cook dished that she knew and she taught him how basically life works on Earth. She also showed him the different cultures, places, people on the internet.

Even though Dawne hated some of the past human histories like war, colonization, slavery and other bad things in the history of mankind, he loved Earth. He wasn't sure if it was because of the way of living and so many fun stuffs or if it was because of Alexandra but he couldn't even think about anything beyond her.

He had made it his duty to make her smile and laugh throughout the day and he admired the way she looked at the world and life. Such a simple and elegant approach she had. She was such an enchanting soul and he was definitely under her spell.

Alexandra, on the other hand, was feeling so drawn to him and she felt so full and happy. After her beloved grandmother's death, being lonely for a years and now having people living around in her house had made her realise how lonely and incomplete she had felt. Each moment with Dawne and Olee she spent , she felt that she wouldn't be feeling the same if they ever decided to leave. Again, she would be living alone just with her own company. There wouldn't be no one to make her laugh all day and night like them. She wouldn't be getting compliments from Dawne which would make her blush and look down.

She never complained about her life before but she was sure that she miss them dearly, if they both leave. She hoped that day wouldn't come.

On the Thursday morning , Alexandra woke up at 6: 30, did her usual morning routine, and prepared breakfast quickly. Toast, scrambled eggs, and bacon. She waited for Dawne and Olee but they both were asleep, so she just ate her plate and cleaned the kitchen. She cleaned the living room, watered her plants and went down to the basement to do the laundry.

She set up the washing machine and came back up to the living room. She opened her laptop and started working on the project she was working on recently. Her legs were propped up on the coffee table while she was sitting on the couch with the laptop on her lap.

Around 9:15, she heard footsteps and she turned with a smile to look at Dawne, who finally decided to wake up but she quickly turned to the laptop with scarlet cheeks. Dawne was stepping down the stairs while rubbing his eyes, he was wearing nothing but night shorts. Olee was stepping down and he immediately went to the kitchen.

Dawne's sleepy eyes found Alexandra sitting on the couch, her head down looking at the laptop.

"Good morning, Xandra.", he said with a grin.

She gave him a quick look and smiled, "Morning, sleepy head."

He chuckled and plopped on the couch next to her. His scent hit her nose instantly. She did not look at him but she just advised, "Put on some shirt."
