Chapter 24 - Fairy Tales Do Exist

"Bye Caris, see you next week." I said as I gave her a hug.

"Bye Rachel. I'll see you soon."She replied.

"Bye Harry. See you soon." I whispered as he hugged me.

"Haha yeah. I'll see you later."

After we all the goodbyes we ran back to our cars and got our luggage.

"Flight B10X 57H to Spain is now boarding." I heard above all the talking in the departure gate.

"That's us." Liam said.

We picked up all our things and headed towards the queue to get on the plane. I handed over my passport and boarding card. The woman gave me them back after glancing at them.

Our seats were at near the front of the plane.

The flight to Spain was uncomfortable. The plane was too warm and a little kid behind me kept kicking my seat.

A bus outside took us to our hotel. "Does everybody remember the plan?" I asked as we waited in the hotel lobby.

"Yes, you've only gone over it a million times." Louis mutters.

"I want this to be special for them."

We get the key to our rooms and go and find them. Mine and Niall's room is in between Liam and Danielle's and Louis and Eleanor's.

Once Niall had unpacked he went in for a shower so I lay on the bed.

*****Flashback*****

One summers day me and Caris were sitting in my garden.

"When I grow up I want to get married." A six year old Caris told me.

"Me too." I agreed.

"I want him to look like a prince. I want him to always make me smile and make me feel like the most beautiful girl in the world." She sighed before continuing, "I want him to propose to me on a beach and tell me how much he loves me. Then we will get married and live happily ever after."

"That's just like a fairy tale Caris! They don't exist!" My nasty next door neighbour, Alice shouted from her garden.

"They do so exist!" We both protested.

"Don't" Alice yelled before going back into her house.

After a few minutes of silence Caris spoke, "Will that happen? Or is Alice right?"

"It will Caris. Don't listen to her. She thinks she's better than us 'cause she's older." I said.

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, I'm sure."

I lay on the bed smiling like an idiot at the ceiling. "Eh, Rachel?" Niall said.

"Yes." I replied, still smiling at the ceiling.

"Why are you smiling at the ceiling like a weirdo?" Niall asked.

"'Cause I remembered something funny. I'm off for a shower now."

Harry's P.O.V

"Do you want to go to the beach tonight?" I asked Caris.

"Yeah, that'll be good." She replied.

"Okay, will we leave at 6.30?"

"Yeah, sounds good."
