Chapter 12 - I've got a plan

I opened the door to the house. Niall was sitting on the stairs. He looked irritated and unhappy.

"What's wrong, Niall?" I asked, in a gentle voice.

"Your Mum called about two minutes. She said she didn't know anything about you going over. So where were you?" He said, seriously.

I didn't know what to say. "Niall, you know that I'll always tell you everything but I can't." I said.

Niall studied my face before he said, "One of the main structures to make a relationship work is trust."

"Niall, I want to tell you but I can't."

"Why not?" He asked, getting angry.

"Because, because it would get you hurt."

"At least tell me who you were with."

"I can't." I whisper.

"Well come and talk to me when you can." Niall said before running upstairs.

I heard his bedroom door slam. Louis passed the stairs. "Are you okay?" He asked, worried.

"Yeah, perfect." I sighed.

"No offence babe, but you don't look fine."

"Thanks. That's really what I wanted to hear."

"What's wrong? You know I'll do whatever it takes to help." Louis assured me.

"Can you keep a secret, Lou?"

"I can."

"Promise me Louis William Tomlison that you will never ever tell anyone, ever."

"I promise." Louis promised.

"Well, Jade sent me a text saying meet me at StarBucks so I went and told Niall I was going to see my Mum. Jade said to me that I have to break up with Niall by Friday, which is tomorrow and if I don't she'll get people to do bad things to me. She said that if I tell anyone then she'll hurt them too. And when I got back here Niall said my Mum phoned and that she didn't know anything about me coming over. So Niall asked me where I was and I didn't tell him, so he's really angry and upset." I explained.

We sat in an awkward silence. Louis broke the silence and said, "I've got a plan. Give me five minutes to think it over. While I'm doing that you go and explain what happened to Niall. I'll be up in five." Louis said, before going into the kitchen. 

I walked up the stairs and stood outside Niall's room. In each of their houses they all had rooms for each other. I knocked on Niall's bedroom door. "Niall, please let me in. I'm ready to explain." I said.

"Come in." Niall shouted.

"I'm ready to explain. Do you want to know?"

"Yes, on you go."

I explained to him everything. "Louis has got a plan." I said, cheerily.

"I'm sorry for storming off it's just I thought you were cheating on me." Niall said, smiling sheepishly.

"Why would I cheat on you? You're the best boyfriend in the world."

"I am the best in the world."

"Apart from me." I chuckled.

"True." Niall said, wrapping his arms around me.

Louis came in. "Are you guys okay now?" He asked.

"Yeah, tell us the plan."

"Right, Rachel you are going to fake break up with Niall and then we'll wait for Jade to make a move and once she does, Niall you are not going to be interested in Jade, not one bit." Louis explained.

"That might work." Niall said..

"It will work." Louis assured.

"What happens if she comes to get me?" I asked, worried.

"Well, whenever you leave the house you need to be with at least one of us." Lou said.

"Well okay. Should I text her now?" I asked, taking my phone out.

"Yeah."

To Jade:

I've just broke up with Niall!:'( I hope you're happy....

Instantly I got a reply.

From Jade:

Good girl!:) And of course I'm happy!:) I'm over the moon!:)

"Well, you're now fake dumped, Nialler." I chuckled.

"Do you know what I'm going to miss being able to do?" Niall asked.

"What?"

"This." Niall said, leaning in.

Our lips touched. Niall licked my lower lip, asking for enterance. Which I happily gave. The kiss lasted for a while. I pulled back, breaking the kiss.

"I'm gonna miss that to." I said, feeling sad.

"Don't worry, before you know it we'll be back together again." Niall said, then pecking my lips

"Oh, please. I think I'm going to be sick." Louis moaned.

"Shut up. I've seen what you and Eleanor do." Niall smirked, "And it's not pretty."

Niall's phone buzzed. "Jade just texted me. What should I do?" He said, glumbly.

"Reply to her." Louis simply said.
