Maheer is sitting on her vanity chair, dressed in a black shirt and a black trouser, fumbling with different makeup products she has, to distract herself from the upcoming events. Last night was a total disaster, and she fears something similar happening today.
She didn't know how to apply eyeliner so she didn't even try, instead applied little mascara. Next, she picked up the blusher, applied a little and at last some lip gloss.
She doesn't want to have negative thoughts in her mind so she puts her mind in looking presentable. She never dressed up like this, and now she can feel the confidence one gains after dressing up nicely.

She looked at the clock and it was already 9:50 so she made her way downstairs. She didn't carry a handbag because she didn't have anything to put inside it.
She reached the main hall where she was asked to come. She sighed in relief when she saw nobody there because she didn't want to give the wrong impression to her brothers by being late.
On the other hand, all the brothers came out of their room at the same time. There was some wall of tension between them. Their heart was not at peace and feeling some sort of anxiety after last night's incident. They don't know how to process the newly found information.
This addition is confusing them, they don't want to hurt her with their words because she was not at fault. But they cannot let her in easily as well, because all these years they were each other's family, taking care of each other when their parents failed them. What if she also breaks them and breaks the bond between them? They cannot let this happen.
The brothers are unaware of the fact, that she is as much as broken as they are, maybe more failed by the people around her. She just wants a little affection and her last hope is her brothers.
They all reached the main hall, where they saw a small figure sitting. Mahi looked at her brothers and stood up. All the brothers looked at her and felt possessive for her, someone looking at her with the wrong intentions already igniting fire in their eyes. No doubt she is a pretty girl with the most beautiful turquoise eyes color. After all, they share the same genes, off course from Father's side.
