Ping came to my office this afternoon, asking about which tools are possibly being used the most by The Thumb Collector. At first I got confused about why he suddenly asked me about it while his dad already discharged him from the case. But then, I remember the call he made to Vel this morning. He must have wanted to use my tools as a medium for the psychometric.

Well, this is interesting. I can either give him the tools I really really use often or the one I barely touch, But I choose the first. I suggested him the scalpel and told him:

"Me and my team can't determine which tools they use the most, but based on my personal point of view as someone who has medical knowledge like the profile of the suspect, I will use the scalpel the most."

I blatantly just tell him a big hint that I can be the serial killer, but he clearly didn't get it. He just smiled at me, thanked me then turned to left for the evidence storage.

When he's about to reach for my office door he suddenly stops and turns to me. I thought he finally realize something, but he turn up just said:

"I almost forgot, congratulations on your Official Courtship."

I smiled and said "Thank you."

"I've known Vel for years, he is a kind and smart person, you take good care of him, ok?"

He forgot to mention the fact that he fuck him a couple of time too, but ok, I guess it's not something normal people just said to someone else partner.

So, still with a polite smile on my face I said "Sure, I will. He'll be safe in my care."

"I never doubt that, congratulations once again."

"Thank you, once again"

Then, he really left my office.

I'm waiting for any news from Vel about the meeting he did with the psychometric. Vel will surely call to tell me about it without me needing to ask him to.

It's not like I'm worried about anything. I'm just curious about the outcome.

Around 3 PM, he finally called me.

"Hey, babe..."

He sighed loudly "I just met with Ping and Garfield."

"And... how's it going?"

"He really can't see you, he said all he sees and hears is a distorted figure."

I smile, "See, I told you nothing to worry about, right?"

"But... he still knows it's you."

I blink a few times before I fully understand what he said "What do you mean he still knows it's me?"

"You remember, that one time we had sex on the wall of the locker room at the race place?"

"Yes..."

"Well, he also sees you there, the distorted figure that he can't see or hear. And since he had never seen such a thing before, he put two and two together and figured out the person who had sex with me in the locker room and the serial killer are the same person."

I chuckled "What a clever Omega..."

"He really is, but... before you even think of a plan to murder him, I have to remind you again that I will hate you forever if you ever murder anyone again."

I chuckled again, he really knows me so well. I am already thinking of calling Ten, finding out everything about this psychometric and finding a place and methods to kill him.
