"So... does it mean every past they see is a real event, and every future they see is definitely happening?" I ask Tin's grandma.

"Yes..." answered grandma "It was known that a clairvoyant dreamer is so powerful, they will be able to see every truth in the past, even when the truth is tried to be hidden. And every future they see is destined to happen without anything that can change it."

Tin just stayed still on his chair when he heard his grandma's explanation. Even though he didn't say anything or show any reaction I know this information bothers him so much.

"Do you also dream like your papa, Tin?" grandma asked.

"I'm not sure..." said Tin "But... that's not possible, right? I already have a mind control ability so I can't possibly inherit papa's ability because every person, even an Enigma can only have one ability."

"Your dad can have more than one ability." answer grandma."I saw it before."

"That's because dad's ability is mimicking other people's ability. His ability allows him to mimic more than one person's ability at one time. But he only can mimic it when the owners are close and he can't keep it for long."

Grandma frowned "Really? But your dad..."

She suddenly stopped and looked like she was thinking deeply.

"What about my dad, grandma?" Tin asked after some seconds passed and she still didn't continue her words.

"I... don't remember..."

Both of us frown now. Suddenly forgetting things, why did it sound familiar to us?

"I guess it's just me being old, right?" said grandma.

I beg to differ. But I think it won't result in anything even if we press her to remember, so I just decided to ask her something else.

"Why did grandma think Tin will dream like his papa?" I ask.

"Because my late son, when he was pregnant with Tin, he kept saying Tin will inherit his ability. I just assume since he can see the future then it will come true."

"Did he really say it like that?" ask Tin.

"Actually he didn't really say it like that. He said 'I will let him take my ability'. But isn't that the same meaning?"

Tin and I look at each other. Both sentences definitely have different meanings, but we don't even know what it means, everything sounds really confusing for us now.

"Grandma, can you tell me, did my parents have a happy marriage?" ask Tin, he sounds unsure when he asks that. He probably is not ready to hear the answer.

Grandma smiles sadly before she starts explaining "Your dad loves your papa so much, he adores him, protects him, and pampers him always. Your dad cut their ties with us after they got married, so it's very difficult for me to meet your papa. But we always found a way, this place is our favorite place to meet."

"He always looks so happy every time we meet, but a few months after they got married, I remember he looked somehow disturbed. When I asked him, he just vaguely said that your dad did something he absolutely didn't like but he insisted it's for your papa's sake. Your papa wants him to stop but he keeps doing it and it saddens him."

"He was back to being happy again after he got pregnant with you. He said your dad finally stopped doing the thing he didn't like. But... as you get bigger inside him, he's back being sad again, very sad. He didn't say anything about it and just pretended like he's happy and fine. And then I realize, every time he told me about his pregnancy he never told me anything about taking care of you and raising you. At that time, he must have seen his own death in his dream and he knows he can't possibly change it. He always knew he won't be beside you when you grow up."
