The air between Ikkei and Yuki was thick with tension as Ikkei began his incantation, pink eyes gleaming with intensity.

He leveled his gaze at Yuki, who was standing ready, every muscle taut as he braced for what was to come.

Ikkei sneered,

“𝘏𝘰𝘭𝘺 𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘵.”

Ikkei wasted no time.

He raised his hand, and spectral crucifixions began materializing in the air around him, each one pulsing with an eerie glow.

Yuki dodged to the side as one came hurtling toward him, its ethereal chains extending outwards in a bid to capture him.

He narrowly escaped, rolling back to his feet just in time to evade another.

Ikkei’s lips curled into a smirk.

“You’re quicker than you look,”

he taunted, summoning more crucifixions, each one larger and more menacing than the last.

They hung in the air, creating a deadly web of chains and glowing crosses, all converging on Yuki with a relentless hunger.

Yuki darted through the battlefield, weaving between the spectral figures with a grace born of experience.
