Aarush could feel his heartbeat echoing in his chest as he faced down Makaruna, the massive creature looming like a shadow over Kyoto.

The air was thick with tension, and Aarush could sense the relentless energy emanating from his opponent.

He knew that he had to match it with everything he had, holding nothing back.

Makaruna suddenly surged forward, picking up speed.

Aarush was quick to match it, summoning his fifth variation.

"[ 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐭 ! ]"

he called out, as he clenched his fists, channeling his energy into a massive, crimson fist that launched from his body and aimed straight at Makaruna.

The powerful blow struck Makaruna, actually pushing it back.

Aarush grinned, feeling a surge of satisfaction.

“Finally! I can make it move now.”

Wasting no time, Aarush moved in to attack again.

He jumped and unleashed another blood fist, aiming to press his advantage.

But this time, Makaruna reacted differently.

The creature blocked the attack, and the blood split to either side, raining down on the ground in thick splashes.

Aarush watched as the attack failed to leave a mark on Makaruna.

“Yeah, surely he absorbed it,”

Aarush muttered, quickly shifting tactics.

He took a deep breath and felt the familiar warmth of blood energy building within him.

He needed to try something more potent.

“Let’s see how you handle this,”

he said, preparing to use his next variation.

“[ 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐦 ! ]”

Aarush shouted, thrusting his hands forward and directing a concentrated stream of blood at Makaruna.

The beam shot forward with incredible force, striking Makaruna head-on.

This time, Aarush noticed a change.

Makaruna struggled to block the attack, a reaction he hadn’t seen before.

Aarush’s eyes sparkled with satisfaction, realizing he was finally beginning to push the creature.

Even though Makaruna didn’t show any visible signs of damage, its struggle to withstand the beam told Aarush he was making progress.

He pushed harder, pouring more of his energy into the 'Blood Beam'.

This time, Makaruna seemed almost overwhelmed, its massive frame shaking under the force of Aarush’s relentless assault.

Yet, the creature remained undeterred, absorbing the energy and regaining its balance.

Aarush paused to catch his breath, aware that he was using up his energy reserves.

He could feel the strain on his body, but he refused to back down.

He knew he had to keep pushing, to find a way to break through Makaruna’s defenses.

His attacks were powerful, but the creature was relentless, absorbing each strike and seemingly becoming stronger.

As he stood there, Aarush reflected on his own abilities.

He had come a long way, mastering these blood variations, each one crafted to handle different challenges.

But this was unlike anything he had ever faced.

Makaruna’s ability to absorb his attacks was a new obstacle, one that forced him to think on his feet.

Aarush clenched his fists once more, feeling the familiar surge of energy rise within him.

He was ready for the next round. He knew that he couldn’t let Makaruna get the upper hand. He was prepared to push beyond his limits, to summon every ounce of strength he had left.

This was a battle not just against Makaruna, but against his own limitations.

Aarush was determined to come out on top, to show that his blood techniques were more than just raw power.

They were a part of him, a manifestation of his resolve, and he was ready to wield them with everything he had.

The showdown continued, the air charged with the tension of two formidable forces locked in a relentless struggle.

Aarush knew he had to stay focused, to keep pushing until he found the breakthrough he needed.

He was ready to see this battle through to the end, no matter what it took.
